The Chico's at the Freehold Raceway Mall has a wonderful selection to choose from. The salestaff are very helpful and made wonderful suggestions for pants and blouses that I came into the store for. I look forward to returning to this Chico's location again soon.

I walked into the store asking for the cardigan on display and the sales women was talking down to my cousin and I the entire interaction, as if I couldn’t afford what was in the store- little did she know. I went home and order what I wanted online. So rude.

I went into this particular Chico’s looking to buy an outfit that was on display in the window. It was a pretty green with a blue and green duster to match. When I entered the store there was an older lady folding some tops who looked at me and continued to fold clothes never even acknowledging me as a potential customer, no greeting of any kind. Not even a minute later another lady came in right behind me. The lady folding the clothes gave a big greeting and asked how can I help you?!? I just stopped and literally just laughed out loud and said Woooowwww! This nonsense is still going on!?!!! Guess I wasn’t the right color. I turned around and walked out. I had every intention to buy this outfit which I had already priced and was excited to get it for an upcoming event. In short purchasing it was no issue. It’s so sad that people ( the lady folding clothes was Brown. I am also Brown but the lady that walked behind me was Caucasian. In my head actions speaks louder than words. Money is money regardless whom or what color is spending it. This store needs to educate or re-train their “old heads” to greet everyone who comes through their doors regardless of who they are and what they look like. This store lost a sale because I was ready and more than able to afford to buy the entire outfit but after that very rude display and lack of customer service I left the store. I don’t think I would ever buy from any Chico’s again. Other states Chico’s sales persons were always friendly (I have frequented several across a few states) Corporate need to send someone to this store and give classes on how Customer Service should be done! This store has given Chico’s a bad representation. Nothing probably won’t be done at this one regarding the lack of service but I would be remiss if I didn’t at least put it out there to others in the case someone else gets the same treatment.

I went to this store yesterday. 3 salespeople were waiting on one customer. I asked for the Petite section and was directed there, but no one asked if I needed help. I had planned to purchase pants and tops, but instead went home and shopped online.

The store in Freehold is always a great store to shop in. The workers are kind, and of course greet you and ask if who need any service. I been a shopper of Chico's for many years, and I only really wear Chico's clothes. It's a pleasure to show off the fabulous designs and well-made clothes. As a dressmaker myself, I do appreciate the workmanship of the clothes.

Nice selection of women's clothing. Store is bright and well-situated near a mall entrance. Staff is a bit laid back for my taste; they seem to be selective as to whom they offer assistance. Love the clothes, tho.

This is the first time I ever visited a Chicos and wasn't greeted by their staff or asked if I needed any help. The clearance area was so disorganized and all the sizes mixed in. Don't know who their buyer is but they sure don't know to purchase the correct sizing for their clients. An extremely large selection of Size 0 and 00! Maybe that's what she wears and she'll have plenty of mark down's to choose from! There was only one other customer in the store so maybe Chicos isn't doing so well, or is it just THIS store. Sad I drove almost an hour to go here. Last time!
