Juliana was not only helpful but also incredibly informative throughout the entire process. She patiently addressed all my questions and made the experience seamless. The tellers and manager at this branch are awesome, especially Laurie! She's very professional,extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a bank, this branch is for you!I haven't used private client yet but my friends do and are happy with the service.

Call chase before you go to this branch to make any changes to your account. Ask them the best way to address your needs.The "professional" at the desk at this branch told me the complete wrong way to go about fixing a problem, seemingly so that he can open a new credit account. Its sad that people act like they know all the answers instead of calling thier own managers and companies for help.

My fiancé and I just moved into the area and wanted to open a joint account. We figured that opening an account with a bank in the local area would make things easier. I have banked with USAA and my fiancé has multiple accounts with Navy Federal. Our experience at Chase was the least pleasant experience and just confirms that the banks we continue to use have exceptional customer service. We were in the lobby for about 15 min before we were even acknowledged. The sales rep that was introduced to us made it seem like his time was more important than ours and was very condescending. There was another individual there sitting at a desk but would not make eye contact with us. Just the fact that we were not acknowledged or treated with basic respect I will never do business with Chase.

Absolutely exceptional service. I needed to complete 2 transactions today that involved dealing with 2 different people, and both communicated with each other so that I immediately moved to the other employee once I finished at the teller's window. Everyone was prompt, polite, talkative, and overall just great. I will definitely be back!

I was there yesterday Monday 6/29/2020 at 8.50am ordered a bank check by the window service . The lady by the window was friendly ,very helpful,very convenient and fast service we had to purchased a car from Freehold BMW..good location round the corner from the dealership .Tooks us less then 5 mins in and out just like the burger place !

JPMorgan Chase & Co. corporation is a terribly inefficient company. I wanted to buy my lease car from them. They couldn't get it done without 20 phone calls and 3 rounds of mail-in documentation that I had to drive all around town to drop off at Fedex. I bought a house with less hassle wherein I signed all documents online. Never doing business with Chase again.
