Laura & Bethany do well very managing the team with a small staff. The service is quick, easy with a well trained staff. The only thing that confuses me is the entry always has a garbage can blocking the door. In addition the front has a large teller desk however the teller station in the driveway indoor portion which is only two people. This location does NOT have the atms to accommodate remedial teller services. You could be on line of numerous people just wanting to deposit a check. If they would tackle these small issues, it would be a five stars.

All the staff are very friendly professional and helpful. My banker Johnny goes above and beyond every time I come into the bank. Definitely recommend anybody making this there home bank!

Johnny helped me open a business checking account. He was very knowledgeable of the business accounts chase had to offer and which account my company needed. Johnny called me a w and on later to confirm I received my checks and didn’t have any issues. I would recommended Johnny burks to anyone looking to open a business checking account

In the past 2-3 years I’ve come to this branch, the drive-thru ATM never works and they don’t gave another you can walk to inside.

There are lazy worst Bank on Main Street. Trying to open a business account They told me they're busy there's no customers BS I'm never going to the bank again. Stay away everyone.

Call branch in the day, go to the voice prompts, and someone finally picks up the phone and then just hangs it up. 3 times.. seems they're too busy or too understaffed

I’ve gone into the branch a few times and everyone’s usually done the bare minimum for me but I met with the personal banker Johnny a few times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an issue, he resolves it and makes me feel at ease having to deal with banking issuesIf I had to recommend anyone going into this bank, make an appointment with Johnny. He really goes above and beyond when you’re kind and understanding of his position

I read a review from “onthebeach” and it could not be more false. I have personally worked with each employee she refers to at this branch and each one is more wonderful than the next. I can’t believe the time wasted on bashing such wonderful establishments based on one or two off transactions… plus… who doesn’t want bank tellers checking their ID if they don’t know you!?!? Don’t people want their funds secure? I am happy to provide my ID at any branch that asks as it makes me feel secure in where I keep my money and investments. West Freehold has always been one of my favorite branches for this exact reason.

This Chase branch is full of overly friendly, customer oriented employees. I have been a customer for a long time and appreciate each transaction experience I’ve had thus far. The tellers are fast at moving the line even during crazy lunch hours, and the bankers are always so helpful with all of my needs.
