Bianca is unprofessional . Terrible communication. It’s bad when you hear her on the phone cursing and cursing. She doesn’t know how to talk to people at all. Also a lousy dresser. I don’t trust buying shoes from someone who treats people like that and dresses like a slacker. Also a good liar as well. Does not have the ability to be straight up with you. Wife and kids went into the store as well and no one even acknowledged them. Terrible customer service. They need to do another cleansing of that store and get rid of management like her and others who follow .

I asked if there was a shoe is stock they said no and that they were out of stock and as I was hanging up they said do better do better do better they were being very rude

I can’t even begin to tell how we were treated at this store with 3 kids under 3 years and 3 ladies. The employees provided the horrible customer service.We went to the store to buy kids sneakers and asked for the help to get the right size. The person (in blue shirt) yelled at us and said he cannot come to us cause he is taking care of both sides of the store. I walked to him with the desired shoe and requested to get the bigger size. He was gone for 15 min, the other two girls kept talking to each other and didn’t bother to ask us if we needed help. After waiting, when I saw person (in blue shirt) is talking to his friend (in white shirt) sitting next to him, I went to him and asked if he was able to get the right size, he yelled at me and said that we are only two people working at the store and taking care of whole floor. I was so shocked with this type of customer service. We were the only customers at the store that time and they had 4 employees goofing around. My brother was standing next to me and when he saw the guy (in blue shirt) shouted at me, he said you should not be talking to customers like that.When we asked about the manager, the guy (in white shirt) started to beat my brother up so bad. All the store employees started yelling at us. We were frightened with this whole situation, our kids started crying.The girl (store employee) kept saying, she doesn’t give a f***.I have all the videos and photos of the incident (provided by the witnesses) It’s such a shame for a store management that they’ve hired these culprit to run the business and provide customer service. They have no shame how to act infront of kids. My brother was stabbed with the knife. We dealt with this situation and didn’t get any help for 20 min until the security came. There was no manager or supervisor.I request the management to terminate the employees for such a shameful behavior.These culprits don’t love their jobs and making customers life miserable.Our kids were terrified and cried.
