Central Monmouth Animal Hospital is wonderful! I have taken all 4 of my dogs there since we moved to the area and I have always had a very positive experience, even when my dog’s medical situation was challenging and upsetting. Dr. Cavalieri has successfully performed 2 difficult surgeries on my 2 senior dogs, restoring them both to incredible levels of wellbeing that I was not sure could be possible. Dr. Bloom and Dr. Cavalieri are also so fair in their pricing for services. I literally paid 10 times the amount I was charged here when I took my dog to an emergency hospital for a similar surgical procedure because I had no other option. The entire team at Central Monmouth Animal Hospital is so compassionate and caring. I visit them weekly at this point because my 2 seniors have needed a lot of veterinary care, and everyone is always so helpful and friendly. It’s just a wonderful place with competent professionals. A perfect place to get the medical care your pet deserves! I give them my highest recommendation! Thank you for taking such excellent care of Brice (rest in peace), Sweet Pea, Beans and Frank! Best veterinary team!!

The entire staff at Central Monmouth Animal Hospital is kind, compassionate, and understanding. We are (nervous) new dog parents and they answer our questions patiently, are flexible to our schedule when we need to be seen, and are very kind & accommodating. I highly recommend them!

The office staff, Dr's, and Vet techs are AMAZING!!
You know when professionals enjoy their careers. I foster for a local org and have been coming here with different fosters for over 5 yrs!! They truly are amazing people, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, in my eyes, loving to every animal under their care. I'm about to make my current foster a foster-fail, and adopt her! We'll be seeing the Bloom crew next week ?

All of our fur babies have been patients of Central Monmouth Animal Hospital since 1992. When Dr. Bloom took over the practice several years ago, I didn't know until we got there. But when he got on the floor with my big boy Bandit to play, I knew we would be lifers!
When Dr. Bloom brought on Dr. Cavalieri that was just icing on the cake! Two great doctors that have such compassion, not only for the animals they take care of, but for the human family members as well, mixed with a great staff, you cannot go wrong! They all go above and beyond the call of duty all the time.
The only drawback is ample parking!

Have been using this vet for 6/7 years and Dr. Bloom went out of his way to accommodate me in a moment when I felt concerned and stressed for my 7 pets. Once something is wrong with one, it could lead to another. I had some questions so I can be prepared and ahead of any potential issues. I appreciate him caring for my concerns. Both Doctors have seen my dogs and have done a great job with them. They don’t do unnecessary testing and explain everything to me. The staff treats me with respect and care. I love coming here. What a breath of fresh air! ?

We were referred by someone in a New Jersey Boston Terriers Facebook group to Dr Bloom. We drive an hour to come here because the staff and Dr Bloom are the only people we trust when it comes to our aging Boston terrier’s health. A year ago my dog was in so much pain suffering from glaucoma and the compassion Dr Blook showed our dog was unmatched. He put us at ease by staying in contact with us and checked on us to see how our dog was doing after his surgery. He will be sadly be going back from eye removal surgery in his other eye due to glaucoma but there’s no one else we would trust and recommend with our dog.

I love this vet! Dr. Cavalieri has been caring for 3 of my cats now - one with cancer, one with a liver disorder, and one with severe dental issues, and he's been more than wonderful. He is compassionate, caring, prompt in getting back to me with results, and quick to get my cats in when they are in need. The entire practice is top-notch; the front desk crew is always caring and helpful, the techs are gentle and loving with all the animals I've seen there, and both vets are 5 star; always there for us, which is really rare these days! I trust them more than any vet in the area, including the 'specialists' at other emergency places. If you need a great veterinian, make an appointment with Dr. Cavalieri and you won't be disappointed!
