I think my first review of this store was 5 stars, but that was soon after it opened. My extended visit yesterday was pretty horrible. The selection of clothing isn't very good, and the quality of the clothing is pretty horrible. We looked through many skirts and most of them had stitching at the cheap elastic waistband that pulled loose at the slightest tug of a loose thread.Many years ago I shopped their for name brand handbags. Probably last year's styles, but still excellent quality. Now the best brand they has was Rosetti.The restroom was disgusting. I found one clean, flushed toilet to use and discovered why probably all the others were unflushed. The only way I could get it to flush was by pushing down hard on the flush mechanism with my foot.We were there for two hours and saw two employees the whole time - one on register and another who was collecting clothes to hang back up from the two fitting rooms. The old fitting rooms are still there, from what I see, but unused. One poor guy waited twenty minutes for the couple who had only two items to finally emerge from their fitting room.Most of the store is completely empty, and I think it was the same way when I was last there two years ago. I doubt I'll go back.

The bathroom's always smell horrible. There's always one person on the cashier and the lines are long. The place looks like a wreck. I prefer to go to one in another town. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me.

Everywhere is messy and dirty. It's not enjoyable to spend time in the store. The employees are extremely careless.
