I will never shop for my summer florals anywhere else again! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful, as I wasn't entirely sure of how to take care of the beautiful plants and flowers that I purchased for my years this summer. The pricing was reasonable and comparable to what I am used to, but the varieties of flowers and plants were so much more expansive than the rest! I am loving all of the colors in my yard! :)

I had placed an order a few years back and asked them to hold my order as I was in the process of purchasing a new home. They agreed. Then Covid happened and my mom became very sick so everything was on hold. When I went to retrieve my items the female owner was very rude and told us that she did not have our items and how does she know we did not pick it up already. I understand that maybe you sold the items but she was not accommodating at all. She offered us nothing! No store credit or anything. $1,200 down the drain. I will never shop at this place ever again and would never recommend them to anyone! If you are looking for quality items and great people go to Gasko's Farm in Monroe, NJ. I give Brock Farms zero stars but had to give one in order to post this.

If you're looking for holiday decor - this is your spot.As the name suggests, they have home items as well as garden items. They have an incredible amount of ornaments, garland, lights, trees (live and fake), lawn decor, holiday villages, and more to shop.I highly recommend stopping by the day after Christmas because most of the holiday decor is marked down to 50% including Old World Christmas ornaments which are my favorite. They have a huge selection too - an ornament for everyone! The staff is very friendly and efficient so don't be deterred by a long check out line. They're also very good at wrapping each item up individually to protect it.Even on sale, some of their merchandise can still be quite pricey including the trees and inflatables. Christmas village items are not marked down quite as much - 30% off if I remember correctly but I can't recall if that was the same across all brands or just Department 56 which is a favorite of my aunt's. I really liked the Department 56 NYC building and Harry Potter collections too. They also have non-holiday home decor and plants. Although I haven't been here yet other times of the year to see what fills the holiday shelves out-of-season.

For the most part, I have been happy with Brock Farms and remained a loyal customer for many years. I find the plants to be superior to other nurseries and the statuary and gifts are unique, albeit expensive. This leads to my dissatisfaction with my most recent and what will be my last transaction. I purchased a garden sculpture as a gift for my husband's birthday. The price is not the issue, however, after plunking down just under five hundred dollars for the item, I asked to use the men's room. I was told that customers were permitted to use a porta-potty that was on the North side of the building. Employees do not have to subject themselves as a functioning indoor bathroom does exist. I should mention it was also raining. Nice. I am all about taking precautions as it relates to Covid-19, however, I can relieve myself just about anywhere in an indoor bathroom with running water even with Covid restrictions, but telling a customer who just spent a chunk of money to use a filthy, and I mean filthy pota-potty, without so much as hand sanitizer is ridiculous. You have seen the last of this customer.

How about a green thumb with no middle finger. A knowledgeable, helpful staff presiding over an expansive selection of plants, trees, ornaments and gardening supplies make Brock Farm a long distance destination worth your time and travels.Above all else they listen exceptionally well and provide informed recommendations for whatever space in your world needs beautification. Pricing is very competitive to the Big Box behemoths mercifully without the scant, transient and clueless staff. Brock Farms has earned five green stars.

While they have a good selection of plants and vegetables I would rather wait three times the amount of time and pay less at Gasko's than deal with the awful disgruntled customer service I received from the checkout girl. Young blonde girl with blue nails, I spent less than five minutes checking out and asked a simple question regarding the plants I bought and a posted sign they had right in front of her. After telling me I could plant what I had bought outside immediately I asked about the sign they had posted to which she rudely replied "I'm not a weatherman." And then proceeded to complain about my question to the cashier next to her while I was still standing there.
