Shout out to the store manager who held my items 3 weeks longer than standard time bc I'm forgetful. I love my Harry Potter backpack and it's officially replaced my purse :)
Everyone in the store has always been super helpful and friendly any time I've gone. Would reccomend stopping in!

Always a pleasant visit. Very clean and organized. Friendly staffed. My kids love it there. A little bit for all. A must stop when you are at the mall.

felt like i was walking into a clique of highschoolers when i walked in. workers were sitting on the counter and talking, didn’t even stop to say hello or ask if i needed help. it made me feel insecure and i left. not a great experience but i do love the merch :(

The checkout person went through each of my items to price match it online. Didn’t even ask, she just did it. She was great and I saved $.

Very cool shop filled with the geeky, nerdy stuff I love. It is tiny but I love all the unique things they have. Some Disney stuff they have, I can’t even find on shopDisney.com I love it and the cast members are great!

I'm so disappointed with how I was treated at this store on April 23rd. I was given a dirty look and huge sigh by the cashier that would not take no for an answer when I didn't want to give her my information. Then who I assumed was the manager began talking to her while she's still ringing me up about how he can't wait for the store to ban gaitor masks WHILE I WAS WEARING ONE. How rude is that to talk about what a customer is wearing directly in front of them?? I have plenty of the requirements to go out without a mask AND i was fully vaxxed at the time. I would wear my mask to make other people comfortable. I'm so disappointed because I loved what the store carried, I would have just walked out if I didn't have the perfect anniversary present in my hands.
