Immediately upon entering was told they have no leather sleeper sofas. Very disappointing. I'll give the staff credit for being friendly and not trying to talk me into something I wasn't looking for. MACYS had what I was looking for.

My husband spent almost $200 on a pair of Carolina work boots. In 4 months, they started coming apart at the seams. He contacted the store, and they were no help at all. He then contacted Bob's corporate customer service department, and they not only failed to honor Carolina's 1 year warranty, they offered nothing to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor, don't shop here.
