John was amazing!!! So I have been to this bobs furniture store before but I didn’t put through my order. I went in today and ran into John! He was amazing and such a big help to us! He listened to what we wanted, the price range we had, and I ended up leaving with what I wanted and at an amazing price ! John didn’t try to add on stuff that we weren’t comfortable with and was very calm and understanding! If you go to this store definitely ask for John as you would have such an amazing experience!!

Good experience in the store but pray you don’t have a delivery issues like I did. The store or their Customer Care could care less about delivery issues. They for not offer any resolve. I waited all day for a scheduled delivery and they never showed up. Then the driver lied and said he was waiting outside my residence . UnrealPoor customer service

We were very pleasantly pleased with the service we received by salesman Kevin Sanders at the Bob’s Discount Furniture in Freehold, NJ. Our handicapped mom needed an adjustable bed and he was so knowledgeable, understanding her physical needs. The price was also a pleasant surprise, in comparison with other mattress and furniture retail stores. We would definitely return for our other furniture needs!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Ordered 2 dressers and a sectional all 3 of them came damaged off the truck when the delivery team dropped them, was then promised by Gabby from customer resolutions team that they can replace it the following Wednesday and Saturday only to call to confirm today to find out they have a note on the account about this but the supervisor never did the work to get the delivery set up. After speaking to 5 different people in 4 days now I am told I cannot get my furniture to the following Tuesday because "there is not enough room on the truck" which is amazing that after being lied to and misled 3 times they cannot make any sort of arrangements to get me my furniture to my apartment without furniture until a full week and a half after the original date I paid to receive it. But don't worry if you want a refund they can have a truck ready to come pick up the stuff ASAP however if you want the items you pay for they will continue to give you a round about for 2 full weeks and they tell you "they understand your frustration." They'll also tell you they are submitting your case for a second view so a "higher supervisor" can listen to you be lied to. Save your money go to a company that actually values their customers and understands the importance of providing what is paid for. If i could give 0 stars I would.

I was warmly welcomed by Michael at the door who offered his help to answer any question I may have. I thanked him and went my way walking through the store looking for the furniture that I needed. Called Michael to ask where were the bedrooms sets and he told me how to get to the second floor. After I found the items I needed, I looked for Michael, who somehow knew I didn’t appreciate being pestered by a sales person and kept his distance, and he immediately answered all my questions and made some necessary recommendations. I got the furniture that I needed and could afford.
