The salesman (RJ) was very polite and patient with us as we tested different pieces of furniture. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to customize the sectional we purchased so the configuration would fit our needs. Overall, it was a great experience.

My initial dealing with Bob’s was not a good one due to the promised date that I could pick up a recliner for my mother that she needed before her surgery. Working with the sales person John, and the manager Brian at the Freehold location they both turned my experience around and kept me as a customer. They made everything work out in the end. Victor wad very professional and patient with me. He did not follow me around, he told me to take my time and let him know when I was ready to make my decision. He explained all the paperwork to me before I signed my account with Bob's Furniture.
