Manager is rude. BOFA website has rule and she said she don’t know the rule and “she is manager of the branch so she can decide” :). I went to TD bank right across the street and they did what we we’re requesting (under the federal guidelines). I have been using BOFA more than 20 years, never seen this kind of staff member. I was shocked.

I had an issue with fraud and a zelle transaction where my account was locked and the following employees went above and beyond to help me. William spent all the time needed to help me also Demitri had the patience to deal with my situation and Barbara and Jennifer also were very pleasant and made sure that I walked out a happy customer. Hopefully they are recognized for their great work ethics.

I opened an account not even five minutes ago, and despite the log in issues, Billy, or William, was a trooper through and through who helped us through every second of difficulty, if you want a hard working person, get this man! And give him a raise, he goes the extra marathon mile for happy customers.

The previous ratings speak for themselves. Worst customer service ever. And you would think that having the Branch Manager present that day you would get excellent customer care and to my surprise it was the worst !I walk in and after briefly sharing what I needed the person which ended up being the Branch Manager Barbara asked if I had called the 1800 for my issue. What ??? I look around and there are more than 5 employees a few customers and I felt as if I was being a bother. After sitting there for awhile I was seen by Henry I had to go through the entire explanation again and while Henry decided to make the call and in the middle of getting some type of response the branch manager walks in showing interest and asking question which were not even close to the issue .trying to involve herself when she was not even needed.Why didn’t she show the same interest when I walked in ??? Why now ???Leadership is the key factor of how your employees will perform . Number one key is CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Which this branch LACKS completely due to Zero leadership.Who is responsible for taking accountability for this branch ???And see how poor the service is??I have been. with Bank of America since 2009 and it’s absolutely SAD that I will be closing my account due to this horrible and lack of customer service and have no other close location that I could Go to instead.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

if you need anything done please look for Dimitrious, he was the best and was able to solve my issue in a timely manner. they even stayed after hours to help me out. HIGLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I went to open an account today, I thought they would be impatient with my poor English, but to my surprise, they were really friendly, the staff seemed to be the bank manager, although I did not have an appointment, he still received me, the whole opening process was very smooth!

Worst design ever for the atm. It's so hard maneuvering a bigger car through the drive through atm. Also the contactless reader does not work. Get it together Bank of America.

At first I thought it was just this location that stinks, but nope....it's all BOA in the freehold/Jackson area. Worst tellers, drive through is always broken, AWFUL hours for people that work! I am definitely going to be switching banks as NONE of the 3 locations near me have hours after 4 or nice people that work for them. Why should I stay?

I applied for a Heloc loan and was dealing with the freehold office. I went into the branch and gave all the documents they needed. After calling the loan processing department for an update weeks later, it turns out they never got any of my documents that were collected in office. After several unreturned calls from my loan officer I was done. I also did not authorize anyone to pull my credit more than once and they pulled it twice bringing down my credit score. They are a mess over there. I will be switching my bank promptly.

Your bank must have the most awkward drive though that I a have ever known... i Would hate to see how many customers have damaged there cars
