I've had a few good experiences in Auto Zone Freehold but not great. Eventually they got me what I needed but sometimes you need to exercise a little patience. One employee, while not exactly rude, was a little dismissive toward my wife who actually knows quite a lot about cars.

I like the AZ these days much better than AAP. The prices are comparable, but the quality of service is much better.
