“Branning was an approved center from our insurance company and was also recommended by my town’s residents Facebook page. It is a very well organized and busy place and quite impressive looking for a collions center! Noelle and Kelly at the front desk were lovely and very helpful to us. We did have to call a few times because it took considerably longer than expected to be completed but that was the fault of the manufacturer of this particular car, known to take long providing parts. Whenever we called to get the status, Kelly or Noelle answered promptly, updated us and explained the holdup. They are both very warm and cheerful people and it makes the situation easier. And of course once finished, the repairs were done perfectly and the car was cleaned up as well”

“1. Ryan was awesome. Great personality. Honest. Knowledgeable. Friendly. And remembered my daughter's name which was a throwaway comment by me, that he picked up on.
2. Nicole was kind punctual knowledgeable speedy and when I asked for a better rate on the wheels she was competitive for Genesis and still got me an acceptable rate.
3. Armani was a character with more knowledge and knowhow about the ins and outs of my G70 and the tech and everything from top to bottom. Really impressive.
4. Eugene was kind with a firm welcoming handshake.
5. The young lady at the welcome desk, sorry for forgetting her name, was helpful with a smile. And I thought it was cool when she pitched in to carry cases of water with the guys. Team player.
6. Alexa answered the phone when I called and sent me up with an appointment immediately. Then sent a text message to confirm. Quick and easy. I texted to let her know I was running late. Responded quickly to acknowledge.
7. Dan. Customer Service Manager. Reached out 2 ways, phone and text. That is impressive since he could have considered his job complete after the 1st phone call.

“This place is NO JOKE!!! I brought my 2019 GT350R here and I’ve never seen a shop so clean! The professionalism here is unmatched and second to NONE. If you own a shelby. Or a ford that you care about, and you do nottt want to go to a ford…This is the best place and this is where you should go! Unrealllll. I lived in long island for 20 years and avoided the known mustang shops there. I paid out of pocket for a tow instead of ford paying for my car to get towed to a FORD ONLY, just so I can go to JDM!!! I was that sure that this is THE SPOT! The technicians and mechanics here also have mustang builds and are extremely knowledgeable.Thank you very much and can’t wait to come back and upgrade my car.”

“I had visited Raceway Nissan for a problem with my CarPlay. The very helpful young lady Carson was terrific. At the end of all this I needed new tires an update to the software and an engine filter. Carson explained everything to me with costs if I wanted to get it done. I did agree to have all of it done and to my surprise Carson discounted the cost for me. That I feel was a bonus, along with her wonderful attitude.”

“Now called Raceway Nissan, I had an extremely good experience with purchasing a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership. It started with the super friendly receptionist, Phyllis, who welcomed us and offered us bagels, crumb cake and coffee. Nice start to a good experience. They assigned us to our salesman Jim who was professional and friendly. When I told him what I was looking for in the Rogue, he knew exactly what SUV I was interested in - all black. So he set up a test drive and away we went. There was no set test drive route so I got to drive anywhere I wanted to test out this awesome new vehicle. This Rogue was the Midnight edition and man she was sweet!! Got back to the showroom and decided I wanted it. We then went to speak with Carl, the finance manager. What a character!! We never laughed so much and he was super efficient and professional. They let me take the car home that day and we returned the following day with a bank check for the deposit. Oksana gave us a very informative overview of the Rogue's features and was sweet and professional. Overall an excellent experience with nothing negative to say! I don't get all these bad reviews and I'm thinking they are fake. This is a super clean and professional dealership and I highly recommend it for your car buying needs. Oh, and the bagels weren't too bad either!!”

I was surprised when I got home to find that they had missed under the hood, so I returned the following day whereupon they readily agreed to complete the cleaning. I was amazed at the results.
