It is a very well organized and busy place and quite impressive looking for a collions center! Noelle and Kelly at the front desk were lovely and very helpful to us. We did have to call a few times because it took considerably longer than expected to be completed but that was the fault of the manufacturer of this particular car, known to take long providing parts. Whenever we called to get the status, Kelly or Noelle answered promptly, updated us and explained the holdup. They are both very warm and cheerful people and it makes the situation easier. And of course once finished, the repairs were done perfectly and the car was cleaned up as well”

“1. Ryan was awesome. Great personality. Honest. Knowledgeable. Friendly. And remembered my daughter's name which was a throwaway comment by me, that he picked up on.
2. Nicole was kind punctual knowledgeable speedy and when I asked for a better rate on the wheels she was competitive for Genesis and still got me an acceptable rate.
3. Armani was a character with more knowledge and knowhow about the ins and outs of my G70 and the tech and everything from top to bottom. Really impressive.
4. Eugene was kind with a firm welcoming handshake.
5. The young lady at the welcome desk, sorry for forgetting her name, was helpful with a smile. And I thought it was cool when she pitched in to carry cases of water with the guys. Team player.
6. Alexa answered the phone when I called and sent me up with an appointment immediately. Then sent a text message to confirm. Quick and easy. I texted to let her know I was running late. Responded quickly to acknowledge.
7. Dan. Customer Service Manager. Reached out 2 ways, phone and text. That is impressive since he could have considered his job complete after the 1st phone call.
