Paul at the Freehold Mall was very helpful. I was trying to troubleshoot my iwatch with AT&T customer service for 2 days and they were not able to reconnect my eSim. I walked into the store and Paul was very polite and resolved the issue within 10 minutes. Go see Paul for technical issues.

We came into the AT&T store with a cracked frozen screen. Abdullah was quick to assess the situation, to which he gave several solutions that were all viable in our situation. Abdullahs help allowed us to upgrade the phone, apply the insurance benefits towards the situation, and get a further discount for my Vet Military status. He even went the extra mile and gave us Free PF Changs vouchers on our way out. This store gave some top tier service thanks to Abdullah's help. I'd give him an A++ rating.

So yesterday my phone decided enough was enough and stopped working so I had to find its replacement. I originally started the process online but eventually ran into a problem and had to go in store. That’s when God sent his amazing angel Paul and he saved the day, we had a little bump in the road but he did his best to make sure I walked out that store a happy customer. Guess what guys ? He succeeded and I walked out a happy customer. His customer service was amazing and he made sure to leave no detail out. If you need help make sure you go to my good friend Paul !!!!!! I so love my new phone and watch thank you Paul !! And also to the young lady who played a part in my purchase and the young man who seen my daughter getting bored lol ? and was willing to put on cartoons for her. Thank you guys !!!!

I came in with a broken phone and needed a solution. The employee Jamie said I can open a family plan and get a new line for just $20/m more plus the new phone finance fee. Total lie!The second line is $60, she added insurance for $15, and the Next Up plan too. Then she switched my first phone line to a lesser plan to make up for the difference. Totally misrepresented the entire plan, I was told it was only $20 to open a second line. I was in the store for over an hour as she was switching the lines and rebooting the phone and she didn’t give me any details whatsoever or say she was changing things on my first line. People always doing shady things on the backend to make the sale.With all the add ons and taxes I’m paying $83/m extra. Plus the new phone finance fee of $28 (which I knew about and agreed to), and now I have a different plan.This roped me into a 3 YEAR CONTRACT where I can’t cancel the service until I pay off the fiance fee in full!This wasn’t a mistake on my end, I didn’t misunderstand, this was a calculated shifting around of numbers than she only told me the bottom line and even the $20/m more was wrong anyway bc I’m paying $80/m more.Thanks Jamie!

Abdullah is the most helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I was previously with tmobile for years. Paul in the Freehold mall was absolutely amazing. Helped us with everything we needed and more with a positive and friendly attitude. He made me and my wife switching to AT&T simple and hassle free! Best customer service I've experienced.

Walked in to upgrade to 2 new iPhones and the 3 representatives in the store were busy talking about “Coming To America” and older movies before we left after waiting 5 minutes for help…on our way up to T-Mobile to switch providers.

Extremely poor customer service.. obviously busy due to the recent release of a new phone. There was a waiting line with the TV that had a list of people waiting... I waited in the store for almost 15 minutes nobody even addressed me I took my name to get on the waiting list. Someone else walked in and they immediately signed her up on the list, even though she did not have an appointment or was not on the waiting list they refused to take my name for the waiting list. I complained to an associate taking names for the list and they didn't really seem to care.. been using AT&T since 2007 maybe a time to switch to T-Mobile

I unfortunately ended up here as I had issues with another location and was desperately looking for assistance and guidance. Audrey was beyond helpful and apologized profusely for the mistake another store made. She did also try to assist me further with a bill but it is beyond the scope of help a store could give me.
