We had an exceptional experience at Arhaus, from the moment we walked in to the delivery of our pieces. Edie Mottola and Lillian were absolutely fantastic — both are incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless. They took the time to listen to our needs and helped us plan out the perfect pieces for our space. Their suggestions were spot-on, and they really went above and beyond to ensure we were happy every step of the way.
From the sale to the delivery, everything was handled with professionalism and care. We couldn't be more pleased with our new furniture and the experience overall. Highly recommend Arhaus, especially Edie and Lillian, for anyone looking to furnish their home with high-quality, beautiful pieces.

Arhaus is my favorite furniture gallery. We purchased a sofa from Arhaus two years ago and loved it!! So, we’re back for a chair to update his home office! Also purchased lighting for all rooms during our renovation! Very pricy BUT worth it. You can’t find the quality or character anywhere else 😊

Been trying to get ahold of someone for months from this store. Leave voicemails, associates never pick up the phone. Customer service ignored me for 12 weeks. Sadly totally destroyed my love for arhaus. Having previously worked for RH for 4 years I can tell you this is really horrific customer service.

My sofas are about 3 or so years old...it took several months to get it. When it arrived the material was loose underneath which the guy said he fixed...they didn't staples cut your feet if your feet are at the edge. Shortly after we purchased our furniture, we sold our house and put the furniture in storage for a few years. About six months after moving into our new house, It took several times to get in touch with concierge. I explained the whole situation and asked if someone to come look at my furniture because the cushions are flat and the back pillows are all baffled looking. After several more calls I gave up. The customer service is truly lacking. This is supposed to be quality furniture..i sent probably 3x as much as if I went to a local furniture store to end up with flat, misshapen furniture that has only been used by a family of the 3 for 2 years.

We've been working with Arhaus Freehold for almost 2 years now. Michele Hardt is an amazing designer, she did a vacation home for us..We loved it so much we decided to get some new furniture for our home in NY..Lily puts everything in 3D for us so we can see what it'll look like before purchasing..this store gives the most amazing personal customer service.. if I have any issues with wanting to return something, billing or any other problems Tara is on it right away & immediately gets it straightened out. Phyllis the store manager get it all worked out whatever it takes. I look forward to a long relationship with this store. Now a days with customer service being so bad with most corporations Arhaus Freehold is a pleasure to deal with & some of the nicest furniture on the market. Thanks guys for all you've done for us. Keep up the great work

Furniture is beautiful here but very poor quality and will not last. I purchased a gorgeous table and 6 chairs for my dining area. On the day of delivery, the chair legs on all chairs were flimsy, some more than others. I was told that this is the way they are built and we should be fine because we have wood floors, not carpet. We sent one chair back immediately on initial delivery because it was that loose! We waited a very long time for these items and did not want to send the entire set back right away, but we should have. Also, to note, we are not over weight people at all and we take extremely good care of our possessions. The entire set still looks brand new, with the exception of very loose legs on the chairs. Attached is one chair. I tried posting video of how loose legs are but it will not upload.

I was in Arhaus yesterday in the Freehold Mall and the salesman has no manners at all very unprofessional… I don’t recommend Arnaus in Freehold.NJ

Had a great experience and the professional team really have a great deal of knowledge. I dealt with Michelle and Tara and together they impressed me with what they know. I shopped around several furniture places and was tired of it. Eventually, I ended up here at Arhaus in Freehold and couldn’t have been happier with what we selected. They great deal of help was much appreciated. The store offers natural style furniture pieces like wood and stone finishes, and the style and quality is exactly what we were looking for. We went with country, modern. I recommend consign for a visit

Michelle was a very forth coming sales associate. She was completely honest and tried to help us with all of our questions and decor choices for our home. Tara was also a big help and stepped in to assist Michelle since we decided to buy more furniture. The team work and communication is impeccable and impressive! I did not once feel pressured to purchase anything. I thought of my second room without a hesitation and ended up purchasing other items needed. Michelle was also knowledgeable in interior design. The whole team treated us with care and kindness. I would be happy to shop here again! Thank you all for your amazing help and hard work!

My husband and I have been on the hunt for some good furniture pieces. Had this place on my list and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Beautiful décor and piece through out the store. Lillian was such a help and made it such a great experience . 10/10 across the board
