I just left the store 11/9 I forgot to ask for her name, but she was a very sweet lady she was super helpful I was trading in my old iPhone 12 for the 14 plus. I was having some trouble with my trading in process, but she helped me out and was so kind! Thankyou:)

Lots of bad reviews but DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!This store is incredible the people are kind and friendly. I have had my phone repaired here many times and I never have had a complaint. This store is also very fast my phone has never taken longer than 2 and a half hours to get fixed! Best Apple Store in the area.

Great Mall. You can spend ur whole day here. We went to the apple store. But looking at the place we ended up visiting other stores and shopping. So many different places and the food court were great. Had a lot of choices. I'm definitely visiting again.

I booked an appointment for my Apple Watch at Apple Store in freehold Mall. I arrived at the time five minutes before the time, they couldn’t find my name. They went to check and came back and saying you have no appointment and clearly I have the email with the confirmation that I have an appointment And they’re trying to justify that the person that does the job that I wanted to be done on my Apple Watch was off today so they had to cancel after I drove an hour to get there. They don’t deserve one star and they were rude very unfriendly.

Worst customer service I have ever seen at an Apple Store. I’ve been to many different Apple locations nationwide, this store is by far the worst. Store associates are very nasty and unprofessional when it comes to dealing with a customer issue. They are of course very nice when they get to sell you a phone!

Wow, Went to pick up a new ipad and new apple watch, waiting time was okay didn't take that long , whe the representative gave the order i ask her if she can give me another bag because i had my son’s jacket on my hand , she tells me right away NO, i spend almost $800 and cant get an extra paper bag WOW

Tried to come in before close and get a replacement airpod but they wouldn’t help me even though the store was still open. Useless employee, I even offered to tip and they wouldn’t help. Good job apple

Terrible customer service experience from Angie. As I engaged with Angie regarding my device issue, she mentioned that there may be data loss during the repair of my device. I explained that really there shouldn't be any data loss if the issue I'm having (powering on) doesn't have to do with the hard drive inside the device and that data loss may occur only if I am transferring to a new device (which I am not). I mentioned that I work in Cybersecurity, I did so to communicate my understanding of data security concerns and to emphasize the importance of not losing any data during the repair process. Instead of addressing my concern seriously, Angie reacted in a manner that was wholly unbecoming of an Apple employee. "well good for you but that's how it is" with a rude attitude. I replied by saying "well its ok then, we will see what the repair tech will say this device needs" I was astonished that I (the customer) am speaking in a manner nicer and more presentable than the very employee that their whole job is to welcome customers into the store. Later on, I observed and heard Angie gathering 3 of her colleagues, and to my astonishment, they proceeded to mock and mimic my words, word for word, with laughter and giggles. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. I felt belittled by the very people who are supposed to represent Apple's commitment to customer service and professionalism.I understand that employees may have off days, but such behavior is inexcusable and tarnished the reputation of such company that is known for it's dedication to its customers and its reputation for quality service are qualities that I have held in high regard, which is why this experience was so disheartening.The day after I call to check on my device and to my surprise I am told that my device won't be repaired and that a replacement will be ordered (3-5 business days). I first said its a good thing that I called first, before driving all the way to the store. (Someone should have checked in with me from the store in the morning or a courtesy email should have been sent explaining the state of my device and offer me the choice and consent to either order a replacement device or explore my other options but no i had to call myself and ask). I was then surprised that they are refusing to order the replacement device to my house (mind you i am disabled and it is not easy to leave the house for silly things like this) I was then also surprised that they are refusing to do a data transfer from my old device to my new device even tho my hard drive is intact and the problem is a battery issue according to the store. Just overall terrible experiences on top of half ass phones, I will not be a customer to this company anymore. Only good interaction was with Nilson who helped get a loaner phone in the meantime and answered my question that many of his colleaguesdid not have the knowledge and or attitude to answer. Thank you Nislon.I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience at your Freehold Raceway Mall store.

I worked with Brian to help me buy my apple Pen today and he was out of this world amazing!!! So helpful and even told me about the educational deals because I am a college student!!! Will always go back here for any product needed in the future 10/10 would recommend!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!Directed to the Apple store in Freehold by Apple support. Apple support checked and store is one that does repairs. Drove in the monsoonal rain an hour to get to store on Thursday Aug 11 arrived at 3:13 pm for a 3:20 appointment. Checked in, told to go the the" second table" At least 6 apple representatives standing around because no one was shopping due to the monsoonal rains. Wait at table for a good 15 minutes while reps stand around, I start to leave when a rep finally comes over. Explain my watch is cracked and that I was told by Apple support to go to store since I have Apple Care. Rep says "we don't do repairs here , call Apple support" Patiently re-explain Apple support sent me in fact they made the appointment for me , rep then grabs my phone out of my hand, asks me to "open phone." Phone was already open and she proceeds to download apple support app without my permission. I yell, " hey what are you doing" which prompts the "supervisor" who claimed he worked there 7 years as a "supervisor" ( which was an outright lie because we bought 8 I Phones there as gifts 5 months ago and he was NOT the supervisor there at the time) "Supervisor" says for $69 + tax I can " guarantee watch will be delivered FEDEX tomorrow Friday since it is before 5 pm and the phone is going out from Pennsylvania" Check this morning on computer phone order not shipped yesterday or this morning. Called Apple support and they look up order which btw doesn't show up on app she downloaded. Support tells me the wrong Iwatch replacement was ordered based on my serial number for replacement and that it had not shipped yet. Tried to cancel order with Support since obviously it is the incorrect IWatch and will not be overnight but Apple support says can not cancel. Watch scheduled to be delivered TUESDAY which 4 days later is definitely not overnight. Will refuse order and will report to the Better Business. Also sent complaint to Apple about store.

Look at the ratings for this store.If you have a limited warranty or anything resembling a warranty don't bother, here everything is the customer's fault not a manufacturer's fault.I have tried so hard to get service from here but it's just frustrating because they don't want to hear about the issue only about the "analysis "The staff could care less & seems very unprofessional & disinterested in solving warranty issue only upsellingApple products are good however they need to reinvent themselves regarding customer service which is even more frustrating when you call them.Maybe it's time to replace my Apple products. If you look at the reviews that yelp " hides" you will see my review is spot

Wasn't interested in responding to my issues with my Ipad kept feeding me corporate dribble.Why ask for my opinion if you don't LISTEN. ? AVOID THIS STORE

UPDATE 6/20/23So we're back. Our appointment was at 12:15. They took us at 12:50 despite being told "you're next" when we arrived. Great. My daughter Needs another new iPhone because a 2 year old iPhone 12 touch screen is no longer working. Not dropped, not wet. Just stopped working. One-year Warranty expired last June. What a scam. They'll give $75 trade in toward $800 new phone. Gulp. Glad I am a Samsung User.We had an appointment and still waited a long time for help only to be told they couldn't help us with our MacBookPro since we didn't have Apple Care. Duh.
