Ridiculous customer service as a corporation you're trying to tell me that I cannot return my product that is unworn at another location. The store manager Shanice refused to give me my refund after I didn't have my credit card because she called her district manager who was apparently off of work who she couldn't contact again to get my return approved she told me that the district manager refused my return because of the dollar amount it was only $300. This is the worst experience and the most terrible customer service I have experienced it states on the receipt the refund is guaranteed within 60 days it doesn't say anything about the dollar amount it doesn't say anything about the location to return the items to.

I went after work to purchase a pair of shoes for a wedding I’m going to and the mall was going to close shortly. The girl there was so helpful and didn’t rush me at all! I always get the best service there! Thank you again!

The worst store and management.Purchased pair of shoes from them, came to make a return because shoes were uncomfortable once I tried them on at home (when came to return, they told me that they don’t have money in the register (I paid with cash) so they refused to make a refund. Later on I when I came there without box, because it got dirty, they refused to make a refund again. This store is the biggest WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!! Store is not making enough money to pay you back for their shoes.

Extremely difficult to return items. I literally bought a pair of boots for my daughter and shoes which the store ordered for me online.Unfortunately both items were too big, so I tried to return them on Dec 26th only to be told they were not accepting returns until after Weds, (12/28) due to the high volume of people coming into the store. It a was a bit annoying, because the store was completely empty when I went in the day after Christmas. Nonetheless I lugged the two big boxes back out to my car.I returned on Fri, 12/30 with all the packaging, Bar codes and receipt from the online ordering only to be told that I needed my “phone receipt”, to which I responded that everything was there in the Aldo bag and that I did not have my phone with me. The same woman who sold me the shoes, refused my return the first time on 12/26, was again refusing my return after I came back after Weds as instructed. I pointed out the the online shoes had the packing slip and both boxes were bar coded, but she said she needed the receipt they emailed me. How was I supposed to know they only accept email receipts? Again I had to lug the heavy boxes back out. Really sucked and I felt they could’ve accommodated my return, both times.The entire ordeal gave me such anxiety especially knowing that I had to drag these heavy shoe boxes back home again and try again some other day.I am dreading going back.=(Update: 12/31, Phone in hand , both items were finally accepted for return. Thank you, Shanice who provided me with a “paper receipt” for the return!Oh, the Irony! =0
