From the moment we walked into the store and Donna helped us make our selections, to Chris coming out to measure and giving us suggestions, we knew we made the right choice. Everyone at the store was very patient and pleasant with me as I was making my decisions. The installers were careful and thorough and did a great job replacing my cumbersome pieces of furniture. I will certainly use Abbey Carpet and Flooring again.

What can I say…Donna & Chris, I was probably the most indecisive person you have ever dealt with. It took me nearly a year to decide what to do. Chris came to my house so many times with carpet. I would send him home with snacks and goodies as I would feel so badly I couldn’t make a decision! Finally, I picked the carpet and it was installed to perfection! Great people to work with. Love Donna too who as well put up with my numerous calls. For better or worse, they will be dealing with me again for a much bigger job…My hard wood floors will need to be done… OH No!

Best carpet store in Monmouth county! Went to several stores and people were very rude & not helpful. I had 3 small rooms and was concerned about pricing. Chris & Donna worked closely with me to fit my budget. Thank you so much for all your help!

I’m very happy with the job done by Abbey Flooring of Freehold! They redid my living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom and bathroom. Their installers were highly skilled and polite. Chris and Donna were very easy to work with. They helped us pick out the best materials according to our preferences. Great job!

Reached out to Abbey carpet and spoke to Donna. She was wonderful as I was not sure what I wanted to do. It took months to decide as I kept changing my mind. Chris came to the house multiple times and was so patient. Finally I made a decision and the carpet looks wonderful. We will definitely use them in the future for other needs!Finding people who really care about customer service is so rare. Thank you Donna & Chris!

Our hardwood floors came out amazing! We had existing carpet removed in order to reveal the original hardwood floors underneath. In doing so, we had Chris and his crew of hard-working gentlemen sand the floors so they can be re-stained to match our vision. Finally, our main floor had the original flooring removed with our new flooring installed. Between the quality of the floor stain, our hardwood floors throughout our entire home look amazing. If we need anything in the future, we will definitely be contacting Chris and his crew. Thank you!!!!

We had the best experience having our new vinyl flooring installed. They arrived right on time! The team was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They washed and cleaned the floor and left our apartment looking amazing! From day one in choosing our flooring to the finished installation, it was a great experience.
