Stopped in at this branch on behalf of my mother who is in a wheelchair and fighting cancer . She asked me to make deposit of $15.00 cash and no withdrawal.The teller “Candy” states that I can not make a deposit into an individual account without the said persons bank card. Mom resides in another state. I love this “bank’s” motto about customer service . Then I enjoyed a great phone call with Mom crying on the other end. Avoid this branch and I’m guessing all Wells Fargo in general. Looking forward to the reply of “Please give us all your info and so sorry to hear of this experience “ generated insincere reply.

Find another bank. My spouse and I have been WF "customers" for over 12 years. This is my home branch. Jennifer Rojas was our latest and best Banker to date. We miss Jennifer. Now Analise sits in her place. Today I went into my home branch to cash a check and reconcile our accounts. Analise was so rude and the bank teller looked so aloof. Speaking so low in tone, I could barely make out what he was saying. After he had me sign my check, he informed me they could not cash it. I explained I was there to also reconcile an account. He could no longer speak in full sentences at that point and called Analise over ignored me, after I asked her specifically what is wrong. I asked if she needed to verify the check , my insurance company was open and she could call. She told me she didn't have time for me, she had a customer. In the nastiest tone and delivery. Her candor said all of, I was not important. The Branch manager was not in, and the Manager sitting in was behind a door like the wizard and probably had no clue that the staff was treating people on a cast system. The entire visit Analise spoke to me and my spouse as if we were uneducated and did not understand the English language. We all know what assuming makes you. Both me and my spouse are educated beyond 4 year degrees. Analise needs sensitivity training, cultural bias stereotype training and get her whole life together. The Universe has a way of humbling a person. Swift. 12 years is enough, we will be moving to a new Bank very soon. Of course we were then offered help by the only Banker of color, to pacify us of course. You have got to be kidding me. SMH!! Never Again!! Wells Fargo, this location needs help. I haven't felt this type of bias and disrespect in a while. ruined our morning for sure.

We had to wait more than 1 hr though we had an appointment. Banker were doing chit-chatting to the other customer though they know that there are many ppl waiting in the lobby. some ppl left as they were tired af waiting. Really bad experience.

My name is Rodrigo Hernandez, I tried and somerset cancel my account bud I have balances ,Banker Noman khan tell me I need to make deposit ,before I close account and I did make deposit cash ,after that he can't cancel my account because money was not post and my account, he tell me next day in morning he's gonna call me and he did ,bud he say we need wait ,Monday because money still not post ,I call over the phone and same moments in I cancel my account if his busy why he not sat the true, he lied to me ,I hate wells fargo is garbage bank all customer service they not good
