I just got frostbite from the female bank teller whose last name is Cruz; she looks between 30 to 40 years old. No professional greeting or good bye, just a corpse like expression. I was tempted to check her for a pulse. When I sat down to count my money by 2 African American bank associates sitting at a desk, they courteously smiled to let me know they were available to help me. PLEASE PUT SENORITA ARROGANTE IN CHECK!!!!

I needed access to my bank locker and noticed a financial analyst sitting playing on his phone. I waited 5 minutes to get his attention but then asked him if he could help. He got visibly upset at being asked to help while he is doing nothing and his other two colleagues are busy helping other customers. He went to the back saying he will come back and help in a minute but made me wait 40 minutes. Finally, a different employee helped me. He was watching on camera, inside the office - waiting for some -one else to do his work and then came out. He never acknowledged or apologized. Even the bank teller was rude, when I asked her for help. She said to wait for the financial analyst. No one at this bank wants to do any work except for Victoria. She is the only diligent worker at this location. Rude and lazy that’s this bank.

Exceptional Customer Service by Bank Manager Victoria
I visited the bank today to deposit a check and encountered a series of events that led to an outstanding customer service experience, thanks to bank manager Victoria.
Initially, I attempted to use the drive-up ATM, but it was down, with all options unavailable. Frustrated, I parked and went inside the bank, completely forgetting about the ATM located inside. I joined the line, where there were two other customers ahead of me, both waiting for a single customer who was taking quite a long time (it was not an issue with the teller). I stood there with my bank card and check in hand, hoping for a quick transaction.
To my pleasant surprise, Victoria, the bank manager, approached each person in line and introduced herself, asking about the reason for their visit. When she got to me, I mentioned that I was there to deposit a check. She immediately pointed out that I could use the ATM inside the bank, offering to show me how to do it. I had forgotten about this option and was grateful for her reminder.
Victoria demonstrated several key qualities of an excellent manager during this interaction:
1. Proactive Engagement: She was out on the floor, actively engaging with customers and monitoring the situation.
2. Attention to Detail: She noticed that I had my bank card and check in hand, indicating my intention for a quick and efficient transaction.
3. Customer-Focused Solutions: She proposed a faster alternative to waiting in line, ultimately improving my overall experience.
I want to applaud Victoria for her exceptional attention to detail and for thinking about the customer experience. Her proactive approach and quick thinking not only saved me time but also reinforced my trust in the bank's commitment to excellent customer service. Thank you, Victoria, for making my visit efficient and pleasant!

Had an interaction with the teller Noorjahan Mirza. Extremely rude behavior and non-cooperation. Wasn’t even willing to listen to what I was trying to say.Never got treated like that at Wells Fargo before. Been a customer for 10+ years

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The woman I spoke with about setting up an account was rude and combative for absolutely no reason. Blew my my mind considering I walked in with a sizable amount of money to open an account with. Mind boggling.

Took a chance that the banker we wanted to speak with would be available at 4pm Friday afternoon and ... she was! She was super attentive and patient and walked us through the details of setting up an account, power of attorney stuff, etc. Really impressed so far :)

People here are unpleasant and rude. Today I went to the drive-thru to deposit cash, which I sent in the canister. I could not see anyone at the window, I waited more than 5 mins, then a teller showed up at the window to tell me I had a customer in front of me and there would be a wait. No one else was at the drive-thru but OK. I waited another 5-10 mins, he comes back, and asks me if I had a debit card and proceeds to lecture me on using the ATM instead. (Not “thank you for waiting” and just send the receipt). The last time I was there, I cashed a check inside and also handed the teller 14 one-dollar coins, and asked for bills. She kept me there for 15 mins (it had to be 90 degrees in there), while she went to her manager who I actually saw roll her eyes, while they whispered. Seriously? This is a bank, right? Wow!! I could do so much better than this bank and I probably will, soon.

I tried to do business banking at this branch. Staff told me to wait. And he was on the phone with someone joking for 20 minutes. The branch had no other customers. I asked counter if anybody else could help. The answer was "wait please". 20 minutes later, I had to leave to find another wells fargo branch.

Just wanted to exchange some dollar coins I found, waited in line and was refused and said I needed an account. Went to bank of america and was greeted as soon as I walked in and they exchanged it for me, was in and out in under 2 minutes. This is why I left Wells Fargo years ago
