Ellie was really nice and understanding when I ordered the wrong item she kindly said she would make me a new one and so she did exactly how I wanted too. She was happy to help me and I really appreciated her attitude and response as it was my mistake for ordering the wrong item and she did not have to honor that. Thank you

5 times I have been here and it’s been exactly 5 times that my order has been messed up! Their consistency in messing up orders is just amazing at this point. Doesn’t matter, online order, Uber eats, app order or in store order…they mess it up regardless of the way you order or what you order. Make sure to double check your orders before leaving the store.
