Use to use the wash and lube whenever I needed an oil change. I moved and made a trip back and figured I would get a quick oil change before heading back home. The guy had me pull into the bay, he had me sit in my car while he attempted to pull information from his computer ( which filter to use I’m assuming) he was completely
Unprofessional cursing and being irritated while his co worker was under my car giving in the filter information the guy at the computer still cursing and becoming angrier then came over to thw front of my car and told me he wasn’t doing the oil change and to back it up and rudely just kept telling me to back up. I understand there are work flows for everything and I’m sure his computer giving him issues was frustrating but someone needs to speak to there employee there about being professional and using appropriate language while customers are a few feet away. I don’t know what happened to the wash n lube but it was very disappointing

Their $79.99 + tax synthetic oil change used to be quick, convenient, and worth the money as recent as a few months ago. Today I paid $106 for the same service…they priced themselves out of the “it’s still worth it” category. Never again

I just had a wonderful experience there! I had a somewhat prolonged weight waiting for an oil change and the owner sent me for a free oil change! Everybody was so nice and attentive and it was very nice!!!

Self-serve car wash is a complete RIP OFF. $3.00 for just 3 minutes. And it costs a quarter for an additional 10 seconds! Terrible

I've been going to wash and lube for about a year now for oil changes.. absolutely great service. We recently moved and had trouble getting a 26' uhaul, I called them and he squeezed us in just requested that we had the truck back 9am. Definitely recommend them!

Really went downhill in last year.. I used to bring my on oil and filter for 10 yrs . Today I went and some guy that I've never saw before was so rude telling me the owner don't do that anymore . And car wash wasn't so good.. I would not recommend this bad place to anyone.. It used to be the best, but not anymore. That guy just lost business from me and whole family.

You literally don't even need to get out of your car for an oil change! Very quick, they topped my fluids, and only charged me less than $45 (blend). The entire process from arriving to leaving only took 15-20 mins.

First time I went to the do it yourself wash the soap didn’t come out of the machine, just went again to try and wash my car and what do you know no soap. I paid for a water wash twice, place is terrible.

Always good oil changes. High pressure hoses for my SUV. If I bring headlight they swap no problem. Vacuums always work for most part.

Not sure of the deal here. No signs so you feel like you’re on the black market getting an oil change and no real system. You park and wait. Nobody acknowledges you and you just sit there. For all you may know they may not even be open. If you’re in a hurry, forget it. They move at their own pace, which is very slow. Won’t come back since an oil change is an oil change and this place causes too much stress.

I’ve been going to this car wash for 4 years … I have a terrible scratch on my rims after going through this car wash… I’m so disappointed:(
