If u want to over pay for wash go here. At 36.00 bucks at least clean off the dust off my radio ??♂️Driver door still had bird poo on the door ??♂️ come on guys do a better job!!!

I would not recommend this car wash. The service provided is far below the standard you'd expect for the price they charge. The place is always crowded, and you can expect to wait around 30-40 minutes, which is just ridiculous. On top of that, they require members to place a sticker on the windshield. This feels more like a tactic for free advertising than a benefit for the customer. It’s your vehicle, and you should have the final say in what goes on it. Overall, this car wash is overpriced and not worth the hassle. Don’t go unless you’re prepared to spend at least $30 on a service that doesn’t live up to the cost. Look elsewhere for better service.

Just came from Village Plaza Car Wash. I paid for the “Ultimate” service, $33.04, which was a poor job. The car didn’t even smell like it was cleaned on the inside. I had to get AmorAll wipes to clean the inside. It was still dirty and had crumbs. The back seat was dusty. And, the mats that were supposed to have been washed looked like they didn’t touch water. They’re at least “usually” wet, but they were dry. This is not my first bad experience, but time was not on my side so I went there, only to be disappointed again. Shame on you Village Plaza Car Wash! Wish I would have took pictures for this review before I cleaned it myself.

I will keep this short and direct because I understand some do not enjoy reading long & drawn out (bad reviews.) Nonetheless, I received the premium service (number 2 on the board 7/20/2024.) There was dried bird feces left on my sunroof (after going through the wash.) My back seat was still left with debris on the floor, and my window tints were damaged. In light of all this, after speaking with the owner/manager Rich, who refused to take any accountability for the matter refused me a refund, resulting in the police being contacted so formal charges could be pressed for said damages. This business lacks luster, integrity, and overall class which is super disappointing.
Moreover, attached are pictures so people do not think I am "embellishing" my story or trying to take down an already crippling business. Rich was not aggressive in his actions or demeanor, but his tone was very passive-aggressive (maybe because he thought I was younger than I appeared) he spoke to me in a very dismissive manner while being avoidant & walking away from me lacking professionalism. At the end of the day, the day has to end, and I certainly won't be back! I behoove those reading this to take it in stride and find better.

Village Plaza Car Wash - Not Recommended
I recently visited Village Plaza Car Wash, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The wait time is usually 20-30 minutes for a simple car wash, which is way too long. Additionally, the prices are quite high compared to the subpar service provided.
The quality of the car wash is trashy at best. What really got me, though, was their membership policy. They insist on putting a barcode sticker on your car, which uses an adhesive that can mess up your stuff. When I asked them not to put the sticker on my car, the owner rudely terminated my membership on the spot without a refund. They do not have a policy which tells I am required to put a sticker and give a free advertise of their car wash.
I was paying $60 a month and considered myself a loyal customer, but not anymore. They just lost a customer for life. I do not recommend this place. BEWARE.

I love this car wash. I've been going regularly for 4 years since I moved to the area. They do an excellent job cleaning both the outside and inside of car, paying attentionto detail. The owner is a good guy. He tries to keep prices low, and has only raised them out of necessity because the cost of supplies have gone up. I think he must treat his employees well because they always do a great job. I've had my car detailed there too and they did excellent work for a very reasonable price.

My husband almost got ran over by a car put in reverse by an employee wiping down a car. The car ran over a bench my husband was sitting on and he moved in time because someone yelled at him. Fast service doesn't equal safety.

Paid for their "ultimate" cleaning package, hoping for a sparkling finish. Despite the crew being super friendly, the cleaning job was a total flop. Streaky windows, missed spots all over, and my wheels looked like they hadn't been touched. Plus, the line was crazy long, so forget about getting a redo.

I have been their monthly unlimited wash customer since more than a year but now I am thinking to discontinue. There is always 30 minutes wait no matter which time/day you come.
