The in-store inventory was extensive, eclectic, and excellent, dispelling any fears of being in a mall chain. The staff worked as a friendly team with questions about what I was trying to find and informative responses. The price was good for both seller and buyer. I had the feeling I could sit all afternoon to make my decision. Lovely experience.

Venus did a beautiful job updating my engagement ring last year so, when I damaged the ring in a fall, I went right back to Venus for the repair. Done quickly at a reasonable cost.

Simone' was beyond wonderful! My mom and I walked in with not much of an idea of what we wanted to buy for my sister's 50th. Simone was patient, helpful and friendly. She listened to what we liked and our budget and was able to steer us to the perfect bracelet! Pricing was excellent. Selection was excellent and service was outstanding! We've been customers for a long time and will certainly remain. Can't go wrong at Venus!!
