“After a very disappointing experience at Budget at Newark Airport and driving a smoke reeked Jeep (the only car they had), late at night, I had the opposite experience at the Budget office at Doubletree Inn, Somerset. After arriving to my destination in North Brunswick, I decided to try and get a different rental that was smoke free. I called around to other Budgets and found Cindy at the Doubletree. Cindy had the car I originally reserved and requested and was so helpful in all aspects. She reminded me to fill the tank of the Jeep upon returning it, she had a clean, smoke-free vehicle, and helped me with billing. She was thoughtful and professional! I highly recommend this Budget office!”
