Scarlet liquors Is top notching my book. I've always felt welcomed and treated very well by staff and the owner. They're LGBTQ friendly And welcoming To all walks of life. I have never been Approach with racism or homophobia from which a former customer stated that the owner is racist and homophobic which is completely untrue and I will state the name Of this woman in my review (LISA CARR) I cannot believe she has the audacity and gumption to accuse a wonderful person and place of such horrific and untrue filth. She's falsely accusing this place of business and the owner because of her own Discriminatory way of thinking all because the check that she was supposed to be cashed within 7 days when it was issued to her for scarlet cash it and of course it was denied because it was 30 days old which she clearly knew and which there are signs posted at the place and at the counter no checks over 7 days And not to be previously signed but she did both. There are rules and regulations for every business you can't force them to bend their rules because you want them to bend them if the money was so important take it to the bank and cash it there but don't speak trash because you don't get your way I will continue to go to Scarlet for all For all my service needs. As a true Franklin local this place is the best⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honestly I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm not sure if the employee I delt with is racist, homophobic, or both but I was given an issue BOTH times I went to cash a check. First time I get it b.c I signed check beforehand but second time was for a reason that is not posted on the rules they have for cashing checks. Definitely will never go there again nor should anyone of color or in the lgbt community.

I may not be the correct person to rate this store as I do not have alcoholic drinks. However, I have never seen such a big exclusive liquor store. One can find every alcoholic beverage starting from a beer to Scottish whiskey. From French wines to Chardonnay.

Inside was very pristine when I visited. There is a wide array of liquor and wines. The staff is cordial and the cost is average. You will not break the bank unless you truly are trying to. I will definitely take pictures next time as my description mostly likely will not do it justice.
