So far everything has went well. Upon the arrival of our POD, my husband and I met a very great guy, an employee of the company name Bruce. He was the driver who delivered our POD. He said he has been working with the PODS company for about 2 years and he is a native of the area where we moved to. His attitude was beyond professional and very courteous. He made sure all was well before he left and he did it all with a smile. Definitely need more people in customer service like Bruce. He is the man! Thanks Bruce!! You get more than 5 stars!! Thanks PODS!

Bruce, who picked up the POD, came early as I requested and was very professional. He had it out of my driveway in no time and i had a delivery come as he was leaving. Great guy!

We have used pods for multiple moves. We’ve had nothing but great experiences. Especially from our delivery driver Rob. He’s friendly, reliable, and helpful! Hoping to have him be the one to pick up our pod once we fill it up. Great job!

My driver Bruce Hogan did an excellent job picking up my container. I live on a tight street & he maneuvered both his truck and the PODS lift with care and professionalism. Beyond impressed with my PODS experience. The entire staff at the Franklin location went above and beyond to ensure an amazing customer service experience. Especially Bruce Hogan, driver!!!
