Michael's Jewelers started in 1948 on Main Street in Franklin after Michael came home from WWII. Michael's daughter who grew up in the family business is second generation jeweler and continues running the family jewelry store. Karen attended the Gemological Institute of America in California and Louisville Jewelry School. Jewelry and watch repairs and custom work. Strudel and Twiggy, two briard dogs, are the friendly store greeters and protectors.
