So needed a mattress immediately. Went and saw Bill who ironically had the same name as me. Told him what size mattress I needed and he showed me the one. Asked him if there was military discount. He said yes and I'm a Marine and ironically his grandfather was a Marine as well. He was courteous and professional in every aspect of the sale!! Great man and great experience!! He was awesome!! Looking for a new mattress go see Bill at mattress firm in Franklin!! Trust me you wont be disappointed!!!???

As a Senior person, shopping for an adjustable bed frame and new mattress was a giant challenge. I went to a nearby Mattress Firm Clearance Center in Franklin, NJ.
I was fortunate enough to have the expertise of Bill Croland give me thorough comparison information; trial lie-downs; careful consideration as to how best achieve my needs in the most cost effective way; and a thoroughly generous amount of time that was spent with me.
I now look forward to delivery and a much better experience sleeping and dealing with my few physical problems. Thank you Bill Croland, and Thank You Mattress Firm !!

Very nice and well kept store. My sales person Celeste, was very engaged and energetic to help me get a bed that meets my needs as a side sleeper. I recommend asking for her and visiting this store overall while it makes it so much easier to shop for a mattress you need!

I spoke to your manager Bill Colander, at the Franklin, NJ store and he was so helpful when I expressed my needs that I decided to go in to buy an adjustable frame and mattress.
Not only was Bill very knowledgeable but he understood my every need. He made the process so easy and helped me make such wise choices that I would recommend him to family and friends. Mattress Firm is very fortunate to have someone like Bill as their employ. I am so pleased with my purchase.

The saleswoman at the store was wonderful. The only issue we had was it is almost 9pm the night before they are delivering and we have not heard from them.
