Horrible front desk staff! People don’t go to labs for fun. One is already going through so much, but forget about being kind, they are rude and ill mannered, even on a Monday morning! The week has just started. If you hate your job so much then don’t work there!!

Came here twice for blood draw and both times I was in and out very quickly! Victor was the phlebotomist that helped me both visits. he’s quick and super friendly too!

Avoid this facility if you can it’s the most inefficient lab I have seen in so many years. After having an appointment they made wait for over an hour. Unapologetic and rude when you are waiting in the room for them. Walk ins can take long as I heard a lot of ppl complaining they have been waiting for simple urine test for more than 3 hours.

Gaurang was extremely polite and helpful. He explained the overall process for my lab work. I didn’t have to wait for long because i had an appointment.

Went for blood work and she didnt even check if my vein was good, didnt disinfect the area… then when she did the blood draw, she aggressively stuck the needle in there and i have had pain at the site for the past 3 days with heavy bruising.. i never bruise or had pain from blood work EVER!

Been coming here for years no issues. Yes there will be a wait time of 30-40 min maybe even an hour if you DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Some people think the staff is being rude my prioritizing appointments, but as a patient if I booked an appointment a whole week ahead of time, then I expect to be seen at that time. I had an appointment today at 11am, checked in and left by 11:17am people were mad they were waiting in line because they walked in over 39 minutes ahead of me, with no appointment. But that’s how appointments work in my opinion, if you want to be seen quicker book an appointment online it’s not that hard; the website walks you through it.Also I see people saying the staff is rude? The staff has never been rude to me, they just speak very direct as they should because sometimes people want to act entitled to certain things and that’s not how that works.

We always go to this lab for one reason- Victor. Tried many other places, also children’s hospital, and Victor at this labcorp is the best! All phlebotomists I ever had, couldn’t find my veins, keep poking, leave huge bruise after. Victor is the best. Never missed. Even my young children only want to go there have him draw their blood.

Even with an appointment you will wait at minimum, 35-40 minutes, and likely standing. There is zero privacy. The details of my appointment was heard by the entire waiting room, that should never happen. They lack professionalism, it’s not necessary to yell when someone is sitting right in front of you. I’m not sure why my doc wrote a script for labcorp verses quest, but I will make sure I specifically ask for an alternative in the future.

Love this location. It's clean, smells good, not always packed with people.Nurses, receptionist are so nice and patient. Check is so simple and easy. Great place for blood work

Horrible customer service and care. Receptionists and techs don’t have manners. They shout out personal medical information that should be protected by HIPAA while consulting. It’s like the DMV always at LabCorp.

What a great an experience. I forgot my doctor prescription for the appointment and the front lady Sneha help me a-lot they asked me for a picture of the prescription to be email and I had issues with the internet service and she didn’t spoke there she make sure she got the email for me to take my appointment after 9 tryouts she make happen. After that all of them where in top of my appointment and they make feel great even was my fault I didn’t brought my prescription. They are amazing all of them!!! Thank you

I have been going to this location for the last five years and every time the service was very good except today. The person who took my sample was Irene (or similar name). she was more interested in her phone than taking the blood sample. when I went in and sat at the chair she took more than a minute to check her phone before attending to me. Even while she was labeling the tubes, she was checking her phone than paying attention to her job. She did not verify my name and DOB which is a violation of their protocol. I am really disappointed about the service person and the lousy service that was provided. Rest of the staff at the location was very good. it was only Irene that made the whole place look pretty bad. I reported this to Monali (609-255-9016), the site manager.
