I have anxiety that can honestly be debilitating and I struggle going places on my own. I needed some blood work done so I bit the bullet and made an appointment. All staff I interacted with were comforting, patient, and incredibly kind. The facility is extremely clean and organized, and Lisa who took my blood was an absolute delight to talk to and really helped calm my nerves. Thank you for the great service!

If I could leave no stars I would. Called 4 times before driving here trying to find out times for pre employment drug screening. No one could be bothered to answer, drive over, walk inside and check in. It was 9:45, naturally, now they want to be forth coming with information and I’m told the drug screenings don’t start until 11. Would have been nice if someone could have answered the phone to specify that. As someone with predisposed bladder and kidney issues including a kidney surgery waiting that long and having to hold it the entire time is a recipe for disaster.

Works for me and I can walk to it. And how big of an idiot do you have to be to lose a week of work for bloodwork? Must be a Republican.

What's the reason for an appointment when they don't take you? I made an appointment and they took 2 walk in before meSimple urine test took 36 minutes There were plenty of staff members there. And.. After the test you can't wash your hands but you're expected to sign and initial like 5 places! How gross is that! Pens you're touching are being touched by pee hands!! ?

I was nervous coming here because of the reviews below but let me tell you, I was a walk in on a Thursday morning and I waited maybe 20 minutes if that. The women at check in was so sweet and personable. The nurse to took me and drew my blood was so kind, gentle and soft spoken. Everyone here is amazing and I have never had a good experience getting blood work. Thank you for your compassion and patience.

losing a whole week of work because of how inept this place is. staff is so rude when I went in for my employment drug test, and they did not send my sample in on time. the technician was wearing black sweatpants and a black sweatshirt on the day of my drug test, which is not proper technician clothes and probably not hygienic or safe for her, or for the patients getting tested. also looked so unprofessional. when I went to speak to a manager after driving all the way to my office (a one hour commute each way) they didn’t let me file a complaint and handed me the 800 # which doesn’t even allow you to get your test status anyway, which they lied and said you could. would never go here, the ladies at the front desk are incredibly rude and don’t want to help. they look down at their phones and eat lunch at their desk while many people are waiting to be assisted by them. so unprofessional and nasty human beings that work here.

I was a walking in patient in the waiting room with no patients for over 10 minutes and they will not take me Inside, but people with appointments that will arrive after me been alone here will be taken Inside, I asked the lady the logic behind been checked in with no patients in the office and still not been called, I asked her if I have to make an appointment instead to be seen, I always go to labcorp on route 10 ,and never had this issue, came to the window to keep asking when I’ll be seeing and was not helpful, when keep insisting finally put me as next but give me such an attitude when you walked into the other area to handle the paperwork. So don’t come here if you don’t have an appointment is not a pleasant office no wonder why they have under 4 starts never again. Technician lady who draw the blood inserted the needle so deeply that pinched the bone and had to took it out, after drawing the blood with dirty soiled gloves touched the garbage and proceeded to apply the tape on my skin. I removed the tape and my wife told her you just touched the garbage. This people need to be trained on cross contamination

I had a prescription from my doctor to conduct a 5 hours Glucose Tolerance Test. Taking a day off, I made an appointment on the LabCorp website to conduct that test in the laboratory at 406 NJ-23 Ste 2, Franklin, NJ 07416.When I arrived, I was informed that they didn't know about any five-hours test and asked me to contact my doctor and find out what he had prescribed for me. I was extremely puzzled because I am not a medical professional to find out exactly what kind of test I needed to be done. Then there was a kind of "broken phone" when I called and talked to my doctor trying to pass information from his words to the laboratory assistant. Then she called the Head LabCorp office and they told her they didn't have a five hours test. Fortunately, after an hour and a half of clarifications I was told that the test actually exists and I could take it. Since it was already too late I was advised to come another time.Taking another day off, I came back for the test at the LabCorp on 02.21.2023. For this test, I had my veins punctured EIGHT times within 5 hours.I would like to get some answers.1. Is it considered "NORMAL" in our modern world that a person has her veins punctured EIGHT times instead of using a catheter? Is it related to "venipuncture" charges you introduced lately?2. Taking into account the fact that I was asked not to leave the waiting room during this test and was at a distance of 30 steps from the blood sampling site for 5 hours, COULD I have an intravenous catheter to avoid eighth intravenous injections?3. Is it really considered human from a medical and human point of view to subject a person to such a treatment?

Grossly understaffed. Long wait times. Phlebotomists are great but overworked. If you don't mind waiting for more than an hour when you have fasted then go here.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly, but the phlebotomist was rude and I tried to make conversation but she never spoke or acknowledged me. I won’t be going there again.

Has to be by far the worst location ever. The lady was extremely rude. They had no fax, no printer , no wi-fi for me to email my blood work form and she constantly rushed me and I had to walk out because she literally had no patience when everytime she printed it the error was in their end. Very very unprofessional-
