Was nice at first but slowly going down the tubes. Guess I really did not take a good look when I arrived. Everyone gets away with anything they want. People keep the property a wreck even though in the lease it is mandatory to maintain. If you like kids riding quads up and down your street all day , motorcycles zooming by, and trucks racing through the community, then this is the place for you.

Lovely area, just bought a home here and absolutely love it. Grounds are kept beautiful, property manager Michelle is on top of her game always taking care of every need. Maintenance is wonderful . Steve is also pretty awesome always will help with whatever concerns you have. Very happy I chose Hillside Estates for my home.
