The price increases are outrageous. I have three 10x15 units and getting charged 295 a month. When highlands owned it, it was wonderful. Now with the new ownership the a/c in building D has not worked on one side for 2 months. It is always 78 or higher on the side past the fire doors which affects ONE of my THREE units and ultimately makes it no longer climate control, but they have no problem hiking up the pricing. Now that the fire doors are being illegally left open to try and compensate for the air not working on one side, it has now made the temperature of my other TWO units hotter than what it should be. This also is putting my personal insurance at risk god forbid something happens.

Since moove in has taken over prices have gone crazy high. I pay for an ac unit and it is hotter in there than it is outside right now. With what I am paying you i should be able to use that as a meet locker. Look somewhere else for your storage needs!!

It is unfair that new ownership can gain a high rating based on the ratings of the past owners of a business. The average rating as of June 2024 is based mostly on reviews of old owners who left as of May 1st. They were exceptional and kept the facility beautiful with reasonable rates and increases. The new ownership is not. Immediately, within the first month, they cut 24 hour access and sent letters for extreme increases in rent. My increase was around 27%. Less service, for much more money. I've moved before the new rate went into effect and would recommend not taking space here. I was in the market for more space and am content to bring my money elsewhere with better value as I am now renting more area at a new facility.

Since moove in self storage took over around April of 2024 there has been 2 rate increases with a notification for only 1 of them the hours of operation went from 24hrs 7 days a week to 6-10 again with no notification so they have no respect for the customer and they no longer have an emergency number so if you have any questions or problems while no one is at the location your screwed I will be looking for a new storage location I Suggest looking somewhere else for storage

My review pertains only to the U-haul dealer portion of this facility and not the storage facility itself:We ordered furniture pads but they were not in the van. We rented our van for after hours (this facility closes at 5pm which is when we were to pick up our van) so we couldn't tell anyone working there that our pads were missing, so we had no choice but to go back home to get some blankets which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the lock box that had the key was already open and unlocked with the code still in the lock which is not secure at all. When we went to return the key, we figured out why that is the case: the holes to put the lock do not line up so it is impossible to lock the lockbox. I was told to put the key back into the lockbox & lock it but I didn't want to be accused of not returning the key in the case that anyone came up & stole the key since it cant be locked, so I put it in the orange drop box instead. Also, I could see that they had street lights in their parking lot but they were either not functioning or they just didn't want to turn them on, so returning the van in the dark was also scary & inconvenient.I did let U-haul & this facility know about the missing furniture pads & broken lock box. They (Highlands) were polite about it, however I would pick a different U-haul dealer location in the future.

Very clean business. Easy access and even freight elevators for moving big items up and down floors. Amazing, caring, understanding, friendly and accommodating staff that cares about the customer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage in this area!
