I would highly recommend buying a car here. I was in the market for a crew cab short bed truck. I saw one on the lot and decided to check it out. The truck was in great condition and I decided to buy the truck. Roger made the buying process very easy and painless. I will definitely be checking here first for any future vehicle purchases.

I was in the market for a midsized SUV and stopped to checkout what Roger had in his lot thinking this was just another used car dealer who was more machine than human but to my delight this was not the case. I ended up finding the car I really wanted and bought it off him for a very reasonable price. Roger and Nina were very accommodating and professional in handling me as a client. Would not recommend buying anything here. The car I bought for my son is slowly becoming one problem after another. I don't even think the car was even looked over by a mechanic before getting put on the lot. And his excuse of ìt's to be expected with a 2008 car is pretty lame when it has issues straight off the lot. And knowing that a kid would be driving it you would think they would have sold a car that would be a little more mechanically sound.

He and his wife were wonderful!!!! He was willing to drop the price and work with me financially!!! There was no hassle no bullsh*t. It was a great experience!! They were kind, honest, and he even hooked up the diagnostic machine to show me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle!!

HIT THE JACKPOT AT FRANKLINVILLE AUTO!!!I was shopping for a new motorhome and I had shopped around for quite some time, but when I arrived at franklinville auto sales they offered me a far better trade in value on my old motorhome than anywhere else! I felt stupid if I didn't buy as the deal was too good to pass up, so I left with a new motorhome that night!They were no haggle pricing which was ok as they undeniably had the cleaner more fairly priced motorhome. I have adored my motorhome and lovingly named her trudy, I use her on a weekly basis and shes always been a reliable coach that has arrived at her destination everytime faithfuly. Sadly last week a tree fell on trudy, I was crushed along with her :( Thankfully I bought at franklinville autosales! Even after tons of usage, my motorhome was worth far more than what roger had sold her to me for. Thats something Id never expect from a car dealer, If you're looking to buy a motorhome you'd be stupid to buy anywhere else.Me and my family have always bought our cars from here and they always took great care of us, it is great to know their motorhomes don't disappoint in the slightest. Shop at franklinville you'll be happy you did!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had!!! Both owners were extremely helpful, honest and all around amazing. We bought our sons first car here today and we couldn’t have asked for anything better then what the provided! We have been to 20 dealers and this is the only place that felt right. I came from Indiana to buy this car. After looking for a particular make/model, I found the perfect example at Roger's dealership. I told him wanted to take it to a local mechanic to get it looked at and he completely understood. Turns out the car was more pristine than he described. After getting it looked at and inspecting it myself, I drove it back the full 10 hours with no issues!As someone with a background in auto repair, I can honestly say that Roger is nothing like your average used car salesmen. He is honest, reliable, and really just a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2004 Hyundai Elantra here almost 2 months ago, it runs great!It was a pleasant, laid back experience. We were given all the information we needed and when we got back from our test drive, he hooked up his code reader and showed that there were no negative codes and all areas were functioning normally. That last bit is important, if all codes had been erased, then function would have been blank.
