My cat was diagnosed with Diabetes and I couldn't have been more happy with the quality of care they gave him. They can be expensive (all vets are in this area), but you can ask them upfront for a quote. They are mostly prompt and always friendly when I visit. At one point there was an issue with miscommunication BUT the head veterinarian reached out to me to clear it up. I highly recommend their services and will be bringing my pet back for any other diagnosis/treatments he needs.

Dr Snyder has been fantastic. They have taken care of my fur babies as well as my sister Sandy's. Dr Snyder is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain procedures both before and after.. Her staff are always pleasant and kind. She is a University of Penn. alumni and very happy with her care....

I had to take my cat here and let me tell you these people are great. very clean environment., everybody’s nice, i’ve had five vets in the area, refuse to see my cat or even take her out of the carrier?. I must say it was very pricey .I don’t have Pet insurance. but it was worth every bit. I can’t wait to pick my fur baby up.❤️❤️ Thank you??. I am grateful.

Again, Franklinville Animal Hospital is always amazing. (We live about 15 miles from them and would not go anywhere else.) My kitty was sick for a few days. Called first thing Monday morning and had an emergency appointment within an hour. Everyone, I mean everyone, is so caring, concerned and loving. They followed up on the progress the next day and a week later. I can not stress enough that this is the BEST place to care for your pets. Thank you again from myself and my kitty Wheeler. We appreciate each and everyone of you.

We recently used Franklinville Animal Hospital for our pets' international travel certificate and they were stellular. Traveling internationally with a pet is a time sensitive and gut wrenching experience. The staff knows this and made every accommodationavailable. Quick, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. Thank you for a smooth transition.

Left with a 3,000 dollar estimate for feline dental work and no information at all on the diagnosis. No condition information, no treatment options, no additional diagnosis, nada. “She’s sick and needs ALL her teeth pulled” ?Does that make any sense for a professional patient service based business?

oh mylanta! this place is amazing. they didn’t charge me to cut my dogs nails because they were being so good. it was truly appreciated especially now in this economy. it really is the little things! i will recommend them to everyone!

I tried to make an appointment for a new puppy and was told unfortunately no appointments were available for two months. The. receptionist sounded like the office didn't want any more business, especially new business. I would never recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone.

I cannot thank the amazing doctor and her amazing staff enough! They treated my shih tzu Hope with loving care! She would have stayed with the vet tech all day, she left happy. Her ears were badly infected, she is feeling better already. This is the BEST vet in the entire area. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me. I will be using this vet exclusively for my dog. You guys are AWESOME!!!!!

I cannot thank the amazing doctor and her amazing staff enough! They treated my shih tzu Hope with loving care! She would have stayed with the vet tech all day, she left happy. Her ears were badly infected, she is feeling better already. This is the BEST vet in the entire area. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me. I will be using this vet exclusively for my dog. You guys are AWESOME!!!!!

I have been using Laura Snyder & her team here since they opened. I am very particular about care for my furbabies and protective of their health & well being. I have had other Vets in the past and I can tell you, you will receive top notch care, technical expertise & respect here. Their prices are competitive with the Top Veterinary hospitals in the region. I have had two pets recently go through surgeries here. One a dental with many extractions that was complex & another that was an abdominal tumor removal. Each time my pets were carefully monitored with safeguards in place during anesthesia. The procedures were done precisely and concise with minimal if any discomfort for my pets. The after care instructions were easy to follow and all questions and concerns professionally & respectively answered. Dr. Snyder is deeply involved with the care of each patient. I am truly anxious when it comes to my pets but I know that they are in good hands with her. Great veterinary care does not come cheap & believe me I've had "bargain" & "standard" & it's not worth it. I'm someone who researches most everything and settling is not something I am happy to embrace. When exceptional is within my reach I grasp it. I've done the due diligence for you.

I recently changed vets and I have to say that it was the best decision I could have made! It is extremely evident to me that the Franklinville Animal Hospital makes customer service their top priority.........staff/doctors are friendly, efficient, and their communication is spot-on. They really go above and beyond in their level of care and I am very impressed!
