It was my first time trying this place. I should have listened to the reviews. I came in for an eyebrow wax and manicure. The lady was like are you sure you want just a regular manicure I said yes she was trying to push me to get the gel. It is 15.00 plus tip for a regular manicure that chips the same day. I also got eyebrows done too which didn’t come out good either. You don’t even get a massage at the end and the tools they use are not clean. I won’t be retuning.

This place was absolutely horrible. The quality was horrible and they didn’t even take my request. The salon was dirty and advertising a cult. I informed them about my allergies to a certain chemical that is commonly used in nail salons and they just ignored me. I got a mad mani/pedi that was chipped in just a few hours. I also got an eyebrow waxing that left scars and they made them way too thin and straight. This place should be closed down forever! Absolutely disgusting costumer service as well. 1 star is way too many.

I got an appointment the same day I called. The technician did a great job repairing a damaged nail. She did not rush and was very gentle. I was completely satisfied with the final results.

I just moved to town about a month ago. My baby shower is this weekend and I'd been saying how I wanted to get a pedicure for months, especially that I can't even reach my feet now to put my socks on, and my feet have been swollen. I made an appointment on the phone for a spa pedicure. When I got there they made me wait then soaked my feet in cold water. The massage chair didn't work. She cut my toe. She rubbed exfoliant and lotion on my legs for less than a minute. She left mail polish all over my toes and didn't paint them even. No, I will not be back or recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter and I were walk ins. Both of us had mani/pedis. Mine was regular polish and my daughter had gel nail polish. One day after, my nail polish was so chipped. I'm beyond annoyed. I dropped a lot of money and can say with confidence that I won't be back. My toe nails were overcut, making my toes look stubby. I know they'll grow back but they look horrible!!! Called for appointment same day and was scheduled for 2 people ( mani, pedi ). The girls were very pleasant, no hard push to up sell, and both jobs were completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Will definitely make another appointment in the future, the only thing I would change is that the place will soon need a mini makeover to give it that brand new shiny penny appearance.

I have gone to Fine Nails 3 times, and I absolutely love Helen and Kim! They do a great job and always take their time, the prices are great as well!! If you want your nails to look great at a low price, Fine Nails is the place to go!! This week, I got cats eye by Helen, and I love it!! I also added photos so you can see the great work they do.

Although the people here are nice, the nails aren't. I got my nails done here and they fell off within two days of getting them done. prices on the board do not match what your paying. i paid $65 because i had to buy a box of tools and toe separator thing that i'm not even gonna end up using. What a waste of $5. My nails ripped off within two days.

Super disappointed with my mani-pedi :( poor selection of colors (and they ones they do have look very old). The ladies were nice enough but the service was itself was rushed and not relaxing at all. There was barely any skin care or exfoliation, and no massage at all (which were the parts I was most looking forward to). I voiced that I was unhappy with the color at the end so I got clear on my fingers which I ended up taking off. I don't know what product it was but my fingers felt greasy and there wasn't even a shine on my nails. The polish on my toes is fine from a distance but uneven and on my skin. I feel so poorly about the whole experience and more upset that I stayed for the service even though I felt uneasy in the shop. Not worth the money and definitely the sketchiest mani-pedi I've received. Will not be going back. And first timers, you've got to buy your own box of tools for them to use on you (a file, buffer, and toe separators) which isn't a bad thing but I didn't see any sanitization for the metal tools that are used on everyone. I hate putting down a business but I hate wasting money on a service that I didn't enjoy even more.

I also, did not like the service there. One time I had an appointment scheduled and the place wasn't open yet at the time she agreed on my appointment. I waited over 15 minutes and left. When I called and finally got someone, she insisted she was there at the time of my appointment and kept repeating over and over that she was there when I was knocking and looking into the dark unlit business for 15 minutes. I was so disgusted but had to use up my gift card. I returned one more time and also did not like the way they skimp on pedicures by putting a light coat of polish on; hurting you so that you're sore afterwards and not so friendly either. I took my kit after she was done and would never return there. There are so many other places that you can enjoy and get a really nice pedicure and be surrounded by people that speak English.Service: Pedicure

I went there yesterday at 4:30pm to get my eyebrows waxed. The door says they close at 7pm so when I walked in the girl told me she was closing. She told me to come back the following day. So I went back today and she was the only one working. She was with another customer and asked if I could come back in 15 minutes. I said that was fine. Then she continued to give me attitude saying how she can’t just leave her client to attend to me. I told her AGAIN I was perfectly fine with waiting until she was finished and she felt the need to CONTINUE going on about how she can’t just stop what she’s doing and attend to me so I just walked out and left. That is absolutely no way to run a business or treat a customer, especially when I was completely understanding of the situation and was willing to wait. I won’t be going back there again.

Girl this time was very rude because I didn't have a business card they gave me a year ago. Said I needed my code number to get my personal supply box. Only to find out the boxes all have our names on them. Didn't speak to me thru the entire mani. I was punished apparently and it made me feel so uncomfortable. Pedi was painful and did not take my requests into consideration at all. End results looked like a 4 yr old did it. They were skimping on the products so nails were not even covered in spots. A real mess for the expense. Safety violations were also a factor (wires, dryers).
