My cat had been a pt for a long time. I mved out of the area but kept driving there because I was avoiding a change and, Dr Soriano is amazing. However, no appointments on Saturdays plus the Front Desk person not being helpful eniugh was making me feel like I was doing the wrong choice. I had to wait more than once for the front desk to finish phone calls and, my newly rescued dog is not too well prepared for the wait yet. I did express to the office my issue about the Front Desk person and, I was told that she is a wonderful person. Evidently, I did not feel heard. Next appointment, same thing I am left to wait and within a month of my complain I am told that I am not able to re schedule and my upcoming appointment is canceled because I did not pay as I they did not see or heard my loud barking dog going crazy after waiting for services. I wish we coud pay quickly or be send a link like the pediatrician where I just pay directy. Instead I was being forced to wait or whenever I couldn't, just go no further than the parking lot and call with the card in hand. Felt like a thief. Is sad to see such a horrible end to a long standing relationship. Also, glad to see other complains about Front Desk issues. Hopefully management can help such a great doctor provide her amazing services in all areas. Dr Soriano, you will be truly missed. Sincerely, Zelda and Tatán's mom.
Update to response: please notate, I do not believe someone needs to be killed by another human nor I believe the receptionist is not friendly. If I made such a wrong threat I am sure the police would have been called that same day, and I would have been asked not to ever come back. Let's not stretch or dramatize reality. Just to clarify, my specific issue is not the personality, my issue is the low pace when there are specific needs. The fact is that Zelda is a 1.8 years old rescued who was returned twice to shelters, I went out of my way to find a dog who might end up euthanized. Think about again, why would I be acussed of killing when I do not bare the though of a dog dying because of any issues it might have. Also, I left several times without paying and allowed to pay over the phone from the parking lot because Zelda does not wait quietly. Do not change my actions or words. The relationship is toxic because I had an opinion. I do not owe anything. I was told I would receive a call and I clarified again. I have no signal once at home. Is just a bad signal area. Just go to Home Depot or Target in Bridgewter (around the cormer from me) and you will see your line failing. Finaly, I do appreciate your good wishes towards Zelda and Tatàn, as a loving mom a good feeling towards them is always welcome. I was and continue to be disastified for the lack of understanding towards Zelda's particular needs and I do continue to stand for her until she has overcome the bad fortune other humans provided in the past.

The staff and veterinarians of Easton Animal Clinic are amazing. Both vets that I have interacted with have taken the time to fully explain my cat's diagnosis, the possible treatment options, and the possible trajectory of her disease. As a soon-to-be human doctor, I have a lot of questions and they have always been patient and kind as they answer my questions in detail and without making me feel rushed. They were able to work with me to treat my cat within my budget and their care made a meaningful difference in my cat's quality of life. I would recommend Easton Animal Clinic to anyone in the area who wants consistent high-quality care for their pets.

Not gonna lie when I first brought my cat Sebastian there for his 1st visit I was skeptical, I guess I was just so used to bound Brook vet. But omg the veterinarian and staff are absolutely fantastic! Their always so caring about your fur babies, and puts their worried mommas like myself mind at ease lol....I will keep bringing my 3 babies there Sebastian, Lucy, and Phoebe ( cats ) ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I took my son's sphinx cat for his annual checkup. I asked them to clean his ears, and trim his nails. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, who do great work. My son's cat was very calm, and everything went smoothly. I am extremely pleased with their service!

Update: I’m an not unhappy about the fact I needed to schedule an appointment. In fact, I have scheduled an appointment somewhere else. Your receptionist was rude. My first sentence was “I needed help with heart worm meds”- she wasn’t even listening to me. She replied with flea and tick?? And even though I said I was new, she tried looking me up. And then she continued to treat me as if I knew nothing. Again- not giving me the time of day. Her voice had attitude from the start. She showed little care of helping from the start.————I’m new to the area and simply tried to schedule a check up appointment to renew meds. The person who took my call acted like they didn’t have the time to even speak to me. When I explained what I needed she repeated it back to me completely wrong, not even listening to what I was telling her.So… with this oh so welcoming phone call I’m not going to even bother going forward with an appointment

I'm a first time cat owner and I fell in love with office from walk in to check out. I think I was more nervous than my cat, but it didn't take long for me to feel like I was part of the family. The staff is amazing and so patient!!! Aymon was so comfortable, so much so that when we went for our second visit (neutering) he walked right in his crate as if he was excited to go back. Thank you for taking care of my pet child! Words can't express my gratitude
