I'm a first time cat owner and I fell in love with office from walk in to check out. I think I was more nervous than my cat, but it didn't take long for me to feel like I was part of the family. The staff is amazing and so patient!!! Aymon was so comfortable, so much so that when we went for our second visit (neutering) he walked right in his crate as if he was excited to go back. Thank you for taking care of my pet child! Words can't express my gratitude

We like the Clinic overall and in particular the veterinarian. He is knowledgeable yet practical. Many vets push textbook diagnosis and treatment plans as well as treat medication like a standalone profit center. He considered the condition, age and history of our older dog and gave us some practical advice. However, the office operations need some work. They appear to overbook leaving pets and owners sitting in the parking lot for excessive amounts of time. This can cause already present anxiety and discomfort with the pet. They also could improve "triage" to appointments. A pet getting a simple vaccination shouldn't be stuck in a queue with more complicated cases. But, again, we would recommend to others. Just be prepared for delays.

Words cannot express how much we love everyone at Easton Animal Clinic. We have been using them for over 14 years. We've had pets all of our 50+ years of life and used other Veterinarians prior to finding Easton Animal Clinic! They have the most compassionate, gentle and caring staff. They treat every single customer and pet with the utmost respect even with all the behind the scenes work that they do that we don't see. They are truly the best! Their expertise and professionalism never disappoints. We truly love them all!

I'm so glad I stuck it out and kept using Easton. They have been pretty amazing ever since, and I never saw that vet tech again. They are a small family practice, and it shows in how both Vets relate to my dog. Such warmth and kindness, especially Dr Andrea, who my dog would follow home if he could. Gina is sharp and attentive to detail, always reminding me of refills/vaccines my pets need. Easton is like my right hand taking care of my pets, I appreciate them so much I almost deleted my prior review. I decided to update instead, to show a change of heart. I've come full circle on these people.

The team of empaths that work here is a 5 plus star rating. They all make their job, their passion. They are so understanding, patient, and are great listeners even when your furry bundle of joy is trying to bite them. They are on time and thorough with every visit. You ll leave here at peace knowing they always have your pets best interest at heart. I have been going to this Clinic for quite a number of years. But the last few visits were not professional. The assistants refer to my dog, as "an old lady" and one time commented to "to my dog...you smell like fried chicken..did you have fried chicken for lunch"? I don't even eat fried chicken, let alone the dog. In addition, I had just given my dog a bath about 2 weeks before the visit and the Vet commented, "Oh she has some dry skin...nothing a good bath will take care of". (This particular Vet is the one who has be solely taking care of my dog) and forgot(?) my dog has skin allergies year round, which is common for the breed and had told me at one of the first few visits, that it is difficult to get rid of.

I've been going to the Easton Ave animal clinic for several years now and both doctors are wonderful but the lady at the desk, Gina is her name, is just so rude!!! I try to call and schedule appointments for my 2 cats and she always has the worst attitude and gives me the hardest time for absolutely no reason! I'm going to bring this to the doctors attention and potentially have to find a new doctor for my pets.
