Exceptional service provided by the Amazing Alex Cruz... He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He very patiently answered all my questions and explained in great detail. Later on I had an issue and i went without appointment and within a minute of entering the premises he was already helping me. He went and beyond to help me out and resolved it the same day.Definitely going to keep visiting the branch for any banking needs!!!

Visited the branch and was greeted by private banker Alex Cruz who helped me open a few business accounts. The service and professionalism he displays is top notch. Very knowledgeable!

Terrible service. Bad attitude. Very disappointed. Had an appt with Alex Cruz. He said he couldn’t help us. When I expressed disappointment, he literally threatened to close our account rather than help us. Despite the fact that he had no other customers waiting. He told my wife and I that Chase has millions of customers and they don’t need our money. Then he literally got out of his chair to throw us out of the bank. This is exactly why I moved the bulk of my savings elsewhere! Meanwhile, the Mgr stood there and did nothing to quell his unprofessional and threatening behavior.I’d give them zero stars if I could! ?

Had a positive experience working with Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Murtha on some POA documentation for my mother. Very professional, transparent, and helpful navigating what can be a somewhat complex process. Appreciate their help and customer service focus.

This branch left voicemails and sent customer satisfaction emails when I have NEVER contacted them. After contacting chase personal banking the receptionist stated someone was impersonating me and contacting this bank. Unfortunately I am in a cancer center, a public place and could not give my bank account number out loud. Why the fraud dept cannot phone keypad entry is puzzling to me when you can for the first chase bank phone receptionist. When people notice fraud they are usually not in a convenient and private place where they can say their account number and pin out loud!The receptionist concerned about the issue forwarded my call to the bank. However this bank manager was not interested in dealing with fraud stating “I have more important clients to deal with right now”.Any decent manager would say is “ok I noted the name. Can you please contact the fraud dept after your cancer care?” This branch was totally uninterested uncooperative and unwilling to help.After experiencing first hand the terrible response, behavior, and idiot fraud dept of chase bank, I have serious doubts about continuing with Chase.The only time this bank is friendly is to make you take a loan or open an account. I would much prefer intelligent behavior to possible fraudulent incidents that involve their bankers!

The ATM is routinely closed with no walk in ATM in the lobby. It is absurd that this location cannot have a consistently working ATM.The people are nice, but that doesn’t really matter if the bank is either never open or the ATM is closed constantly.

It is always a pleasant time when I’m here. This is my go to Chase bank because it has great costumer service and very knowledgeable staff especially Jhoseline. Jhoseline is the best!!!
