Today is Free Slurpy day at 7 Eleven and here they said closed 8pm all kids were excited for this day, even we buy so many times from this store. But they are Just for penny saver. Wll not visit again this store

I have been scammed out of money by the guy behind the counter it has not been the first time this has happened. He is very rude and disrespectful I almost had to take him outside and tech him some manners. He is always trying to mouth off to me and others. I always go to this store and each time my wife checks the receipts and tells me he has overcharged me and his credit card machine is scamming money from my account every time I use because the totals don't add up even with the tax. I want to make a report to the manager!!! Bad service he is never behind the counter when people come in the store the store is dirty a weird smell coming from the bathroom. The guy working the night shift. This incidence occurred on 5/20/24

This place would get no stars from me if I had the chance. I actually ordered from them for door dash. I got 2 items and 1 was a slurpee. First off, I had no straw to even drink it and it was the wrong slurpee flavor that I never ordered. I tried to call the store and it's always busy. Whoever is the owner needs to start doing more job fairs to hire better help that is more efficient when it comes to doing there job. Service is completely unacceptable and poor.

Two things to watch- expiration dates and how it rings up
They had items advertised for 3 for $6 and others 2 fo $5.
I get to the register and the guy acted surprised then claimed the deals started on another day. Total bait and switch.
Don't trust these guys, nothing is as advertised. There was also someone in dress attire taking pictures while I was there. Apparently this place has some issues. Avoid!!

Went to get gas here today, I'm a college student. I gave 20 cash and then said here is my credit card to fill up the rest afterwards.The man took the cash, filled 20, and then when I told him again about my credit card, he cursed at me, legit cursed at me (he cursed in his language but i understand the same language). Then said it declined, requested my zip code and then finally it worked. Weird, never had this happen at any gas station, first and last time at 711 gas. Seems sketchy.

I asked the guy behind the counter did they have any cup holders. It sounded like he was saying "coffee table" so a little confused I asked him again and the D head raised his voice a little and repeated coffee table. I told him to relax, it's not that serious.After another guy rung up my order I told him his coworker needs a lesson in customer service.(loud enough for the prick to hear me)He then apologized for his coworkers rudeness.(that guy was a lot nicer)

Rude employees, kinda of not hygienic in food handling and all around considering they hardly refill the soap in bathroom nor do I see them clean their hands handling food, hours say 24 but the store is always locked around 10-11pm- sometimes even earlier. The staff seems to just run it now they see fit and have no concern for decency towards all customers. Same thing happens at the pump. They will see you and go to everyone who came after you anyways and either won’t acknowledge you or will wait until you say something. It’s been like this especially since the pandemic started- service used to be okay but lately it’s just completely trash customer service all around.

Worst customer service. No soap in bathrooms for whole 1 week. Come here everyday give my business. Once their employee allowed me to use the staff bathroom to wash hands so I kept using the same room to wash my hands but today at around 1:10 pm I did the same thing and a employee walked in started shouting and cursing on me and threatening to call cops on me. Even the soap in staff bathroom is diluted with water just an fyi. He said I was stealing my concern is who stores stuff in restrooms and what am I gonna steal from there toilet paper. So waited here for 30 mins for the cops nobody showed up. Worst store ever visited. Stay away from here people have no sense of talking either.
