Terrible service. I asked for a lamb mix but got goat instead. Noticed it only when I started cooking. I told them not to chop the chicken legs, but they did it anyway. They hurry too much while taking orders and don't listen well. They're even quicker when handing out your order, barely giving you time to check if it's right. Always double-check your items before leaving their counter.

They just gave me precut chicken in a packet containing two packets. The reason mentioned was that the machine is not in use and the shop is going to close, an hour before 9 pm? Usually it is selected and cut in front of us. The lady at the billing wasn't very customer friendly as well. Not the usual experience I get from here. I guess time to look for alternatives.

my mom's been getting meat here for more than 10 years. the staff are like second family and she always cooks food that's better than any restaurants with the meat she buys from here. my mom's a picky eater and a really good cook and this place has been our best halal meat store.
