I was just there and by god!!! This one lady on staff was so helpful and friendly. When end of year reviews come please, I implore you to give the Polish sounding women a raise!!! She really made my day and also knows your product locations. Exceptional customer service.

Was with rite aid for 20 years now it's this and CVS. Horrible experience. My pills are all screwed up. And the guy wants to lecture me on how great the medical provider is that screwed them all up. One was switched to something I'm allergic to and they tried selling it too me. I have had nothing but problems since it turned to CVS. Switching my pharmacy. I recommend avoiding these guys if you want a good experience that doesn't make you have to go to emergency room to get your meds right

I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, I have to give at least one to post this review. The customer service at this pharmacy is consistently terrible. The staff are rude, incompetent, and show a complete lack of care or professionalism. They treat customers with disrespect, as if we're a burden rather than people seeking help. Their job is to dispense medicine to sick individuals, yet they fail to show even basic courtesy or empathy. Every visit has been a negative experience, and I’ve finally decided to switch to a different pharmacy. Like others have mentioned, it seems the staff here either chose the wrong profession or simply dislike their customers. There’s no respect, no patience, and no willingness to listen or engage. It genuinely feels like no one working here enjoys their job—or values the people they serve.

Terrible experience at this CVS. I came in for a prescription transfer and the young white girl at the counter had a very bad attitude, acting like she didn’t want to help at all. She was rude, dismissive, and made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome and even discriminated against. Very unprofessional — I won’t be coming back.

This CVS location is wonderful. The customer service at the pharmacy is great, if I ever have an issue or question with a prescription or order, they have been dedicated to helping me. The employees are hard working, friendly and accommodating.

They are not helping customer, been there around 45 mins queues to get my 3 prescriptions for flue medicine. Initially, I went in one queue, after waiting some time, she said immediately the prescription is not there. Then told me to go another counter, she will help. I was in queue again, when my turn come, she said two of them prescriptions are here and one was another cvs pharmacy, I requested her to move it here and give me. She did finally 3 for me, saying wait few minutes you are prescriptions will be ready. I was waiting around 15 mins, no response. Then asked her how much time will take, she said your medicine is ready, please go to another counter and take. Again queue, when my turn comes, she said for one prescription the insurance is not covering, so another person has to check. Again waiting, no one responding and looking into it. I asked again how much time will take, then other person came and checked, said same the insurance not covered for one prescription. Finally I took the insured coved two prescriptions and came. Every person I see they are not enough knowledge to check completely and help customer. First person should tell what’s the issue, why a customer has go in queues, again and again, wasting our time.
I won’t recommend going here and wasting your time at this pharmacy.

One of the worse pharmacy staff ever no courtesy for sick patients. Very bad attitude. Seems the staff has signed up for wrong jobs. They are not willing to help customers at all.

Worst customer service both call in or in line to pick up prescription, They do not care about anyone is waiting in line to pick up, Literally waited 10 minutes without service except to see the staff doing their own things not bothering to serve.

Have had my Covid 19 and Flu vaccine administered and Mr. Muzammil was good enough to walk us through all the process including check-in up to vaccine administration. Good experience.

Pharmacy area has issues. No one seems to like their job over there. Wait times for prescriptions when they've already been called in by the physicians office is horrendous! Staff is just not nice to deal with....
