Have had my Covid 19 and Flu vaccine administered and Mr. Muzammil was good enough to walk us through all the process including check-in up to vaccine administration. Good experience.

Pharmacy area has issues. No one seems to like their job over there. Wait times for prescriptions when they've already been called in by the physicians office is horrendous! Staff is just not nice to deal with....

been going here for year and years very consistent service up until recently. There’s this young young Asian kid/man that works there and his customer service skills are attrocious, he always has this underlying morose attitude like he doesn’t wanna help you and actively drags his feet in doing so. Then when it comes to selling the products in the store he’s in a rush to get you out. I just decided to make a review about it cause he was just irritating to deal with this time around. This young man is in no way polite. He served me around 10-11 times and every one of those times he’s been very unhelpful/borderline nasty. One of the most subtly unnerving customer service I’ve encountered there and I’ve been going here for years , do not request service from this young man Unless he’s the only one there to service you. Other than that my only complaint about this store is that its prices are a tad higher than competitors. 3 stars

Writing about an experience from August 2023… better late than never.
I came here to pick up a prescription the last day I was allowed. However, to my surprise the pharmacy had changed its hours not too long before that and I missed my window to pick it up.
I inquired about the modified hours with an employee and had accepted that I was too late. As I left and started my car, the shift leader ran and knocked on my window. She overheard the conversation and wanted to get my information to relay to the pharmacy team considering I missed their closing window by about 10 minutes.
I don’t know her name, but she’s a pretty younger woman with red hair: I extend my thanks to you. I can’t thank you enough for looking out for me by going out of your way to coordinate with your pharmacy staff.

Terrible. The pharmacy doesn’t care about customers. I thought Walgreens was bad, but this one makes Walgreens look better!
Too bad our health insurance ‘forces’ us to use CVS, otherwise I’d gladly go to local pharmacies!

Pretty bad experience, rude staff. Store manager "Riley" started yelling while asked for some information and threaten do complain whereever you can.

Very bad experience, the store associate is very rude. Also, tough to get anyone for help (even no one at counter for payment or helping on anything)I purchased ZzQuill. While purchasing I saw it has 50% off on one more item. After my purchase, I immidiately asked associate to consider other one with 50 %. She refused. I got same expedience in past at same store and other associate was helpful. Why is the discrimination.This is very bad. She asked me to return first item and then claim other, I don’t have time to do all this & I won’t be using any CVS discounts going ahead.Sorry. This is really bad experience and ridiculous .

I love CVS but there are certain locations that need to do better. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds, the cashier was cheerful until I got to her counter and all of a sudden she “wants to go home already”. I didn’t do anything but provide my name and date of birth. The customers before were pleasant but when you have to take care of me you want to go home? You’ve only been open an hour and 8 minutes by the time I got there and all of a sudden you’re having a bad day?! I transferred my meds there because I just moved to the area but I may as well travel the 1.5 hr to the pharmacy I’m used to in Eatontown. I punched in my number she didn’t even have the decency to say that number didn’t come up would you like to try another? I worked for CVS and still support them but I went the extra mile with every customer so I know what it is like when someone doesn’t do the basics. Not a great first experience because of OM. The front store manager seems pleasant she greeted us as soon as we came in and when we left. The only reason I leave 3 stars is because of her and the fact that my meds were available faster than I expected.
