SHREY. The only person making the experience worst. Full of arrogance and disrespect. No matter how many times you visit. We went every weekend. Spending $150 everytime I go, still when you as a customer, are asked to take your own trash out with you. Glass bottles, monster cans. Nothing that need a lot of cleaning. That was still okay. The worst thing is when you ask for extra chair you get refused. Imagine group of 4 people sitting in a straight line side by side. It’s the same guy everytime having issue.
They have a sign at the entrance that they serve chai. But it’s just the guy he never wants to make it. Just remove the sign that is visible as soon as you enter.
There are many other locations offering better service. Never encountered such arrogant, rude and disrespectful behavior.
Never visiting ever again.

Horrible experience.
They are legitimately horrible in service. Their customer service is terrible.
An update to their response:
Unfortunately that is not true.As soon as we sat down we informed the server that we are two smokers, asked for food. we were informed of no food. We asked about flavors, got some information. ordered our hookah. The hookah came out and at that point once we started smoking, in the middle we were told to order another hookah or leave.
That to me is a sign of utter disrespect. The server got very rude and asked us to leave immediately. Things did not get escalated until your team member started acting entitled.
Right after we went to Twist Cafe Hookah lounge and had an exceptional experience. They respected the fact that we had non smokers in the group and were ok with us ordering one hookah. So no, not every similar establishment has any such rules.
We were treated with great hospitality and respect at Twist, Like any customer should be.
Unfortunately your response to justify the ridiculous behavior of your staff just shows, that you do not respect or care about your customers.
And hence your ratings.
Hope my review will help others in knowing it isn’t the right “establishment” if you want to have a good time and want good customer service

Disappointing service and very rude staff. Before placing an order it was made very clear to the server that out of 4, 2 are non smokers and will opt to drink instead. He took the order, prepared and served 1 hookah while we decided for the drinks. After all this time, a good 15 minutes later the manager very rudely demanded us to order another hookah and 1 drink per person or they will take away what they have already served! That’s pathetic service! And claims the server was new and didn’t know! How is that fair? We could have ordered according to their policy HAD WE KNOWN! The place was pretty empty a total of 3 parties were present at that moment. I would rather recommend to try another place Twist lounge in Somerset, NJ very respectful and friendly staff. We had a great time there.
