Professional staff and service wearing masks all the time sanitizing the place it’s the safest place for hookah and cigar i really recommend it to everyone

One of the best hookah lounges I have ever been to with a very excellent customer service! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to sit at a nice place and smoke a good quality hookah!

My experience at Cloud9 was terrible. The employees don’t wear masks when they are talking to you or coming near you, which is a safety issue. They also smoke cigarettes in front of the customer and it is very uncomfortable.
