Top tier facility in just about every way but I have to be one of those guys...when I went a few months ago, there was a short older male physician there. He was of asian or latino descent. He was ok but the issue lies in behavior. He was one of those "rush physicians". By that, I mean he was basically waiting for you to shutup and stop talking so he can write your prescription and go ??? so basically on the dismissive and attitude side of things. The medication he prescribed was excellent so I cant even be mad. It's crazy to think though, even though physicians hold a very executive role, there is no escaping that they still work in customer service industry just like any old cashier or waiter, so I think it would be in their best interest to work on better practices when interacting with patients/clients. This was of course just one interaction so I can't properly judge, but initial impressions are just as important and in this hustle and bustle era we're in, sometimes you only get one shot. Hopefully he was just having a crappy day. Otherwise, I would suggest he looks into a different industry that doesn't deal with customers face-to-face, like management or custodial work.
Pleasant experience beyond that one thing. Not really sure I will be back but I would recommend to others nonetheless. Efficient UC

Very bad experience. I came in a few times with my daughters over the past few years for different reasons and every time it’s been the same terrible experience. Yesterday October 30th 2024 I came in with my 4 month old daughter because she was having trouble catching her breath. My 16 year old was at the movies right by the urgent care with her friend and I asked them to go in and see if they were taking any check ins. The receptionist at the front desk had a very snotty attitude the whole time she was talking to my daughter. She told her that the patient had to be there. So my daughter waited for me to get there. We walked in and there was another patient in front of us talking to the receptionist. After we got to the front the lady then walked off into the back. So we waited another 5 minutes. When she got out she asked if we checked in. And we said no we were waiting she points at a paper and tells us that’s how we check in. So we scanned the barcode and were checking in. The time was 10:27 pm. That was our scheduled check in time. Around 11 she calls the patients name very quietly we could barely hear it. And the office was not load at all. She called another time and we finally heard it. We get up and she asked for id and Insurance. She scans them on the machine and hands them back and just stares at the computer in front of her. We waited for her to tell us something. But she didn’t for a while. Then she finally said “you’re checked in” never said take a seat or anything. So I asked is there anything else we have to do and she shock her head. My daughter asked her how long it would take for us to get called and she lets out a little snotty giggle and says “a very long time you’re the last people”. So we go on and sit down. There was only 5 patients in front of us and were the last people. Our name gets called around 12:20. The doctors inside were very friendly and polite. I don’t know if the receptionist was just having a bad day, but that certainly is not a reason for her to be rude to patients that were very respectful. This is supposed to be an urgent care not “get a snotty attitude and wait 2 hours to get checked” care. The reason you do to urgent care is to get URGENT care. If we wanted to wait 2-3 hours we would have went to the ER. Do not recommend.

Words can't express my gratitude to Robert Aromando, PA-C and the doctors at Brunswick Urgent Care . Once a number of years ago when my mother was having a skin reaction to radiation and Brunswick gave her medication to help her with the reaction. Then now in 2024 when I came in and was treated with a diabetes diagnosis in early June. I have now since lost 9 pounds, gotten my glucose under control (90 to 110 range!!!!) and my numbers to near normal. It was a life changing talk that day with Robert Aromando. I am grateful for the help and I have a completely different life going forward. Because they care, I learned to care!!! As a follow up now 4 months later with diet, exercise and time release meds, I am happy to say my A1C the first time taken since at Brunswick went from 13.8 to 5.9. This is because of the kindness of Robert Aromando, PA to encourage me to get well!!!!!

This was the best experience I’ve had at urgent care- i was seen quickly, the facility was clean and all the staff was very pleasant. The NP Cindy who saw me was unbelievably kind and really listened to me and took time to answer my questions. Would absolutely recommend this facility.

I brought my toddler here thinking he dislocated his shoulder, I couldn’t even talk without crying to the nurse. When the doctor walked in the first thing he said was “I’m going to fix him” (hadn’t even revised him yet) and within 2 minutes he popped his elbow back in and explained what was the issue.
I love a doctor that displays confidence, knows exactly what he’s doing, and explains on top all of that. Thank you so much “DOCTOR PHAN”

This facility is always so good every time I come here. The front and back office staff provide exceptional care. I am never waiting for more than 10-15 minutes to be seen and their treatment in the back office is pretty quick as well. I feel well taken care of going here. I had stitches today and the doctor who did them was so kind, asking me if I was ok every step of the way. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking care. The level of professional and kindness is incomparable.

Had an awesome experience! Safa was my nurse that talked to me before the doctor. She was sweet, personable, a good listener and has a very soothing voice. Dr. Cynthia Hackbart was my doctor. She was perky, a good listener as well and didn’t run anything more than she needed to! Her diagnosis was spot on and she made sure I had everything I needed (meds, work wise) before sending me on my way. The two of them were my most positive experience going to see a doctor, I would definitely go see them again!

Excellent service from the entire staff, from reception to the visit with the supplier. Cindy is very attentive and professional. She treated all my symptoms without problem and took her time to listen to me, I recommend her. The nurses Denise and Brianna took good care of me and were very helpful. Excellent service.
