This is the second time I have a hole in my clothes. The first time I didn’t leave a bad review because as a fellow business owner I cut them some slack even though an expensive $400 silk shirt was ruined. They put a safety pin in every piece of clothing even if there is no where to safely put it
Today I noticed that on my reversible hoodie they put a safety pin through the fabric since there was no tag and it made two holes . It takes 5 seconds to use your BRAIN and think before you damage a $2500 jacket. This is Unacceptable!!!

Gave my coat/ blazers for dry clean but I still see the stains on the coat and the smell of sweat was still there

My wife and I have been taking our garments here for years. They are honest and hard working people who do their utmost to satisfy the needs of their customers. I haven’t had one problem with them in regards to dry cleaning! Hands down the best dry cleaners in the Franklin Park area

Spectacular! They offer same day service at an exceptionally affordable price...Just make sure you arrive BEFORE 10am with garments for same day. The owner is a gentleman, respect his business...if you are late, he is not rejecting you because he doesn't want to help you, the man is running a business and in order to offer same day those machines must run at precisely 10am. Should you be late, it's a personal problem, but guess what you can STILL get same day if you really want it, but it is slightly more expensive as it is dry cleaned. All facts, all fair.

Great place. The owner is very nice and professional. We dropped off our comforter here once and our clothes on multiple occasions. The prices are reasonable and the quality of cleanliness and crispness of the clothes are undeniable. As a result, they do get busy so if you need a service quick, call ahead of time.Like the review if it was helpful!

This review is for anyone that needs clothes dry cleaned and are not sure. Trust them with your Indian clothes!I needed to get my reception lehenga cleaned because the bottom was very dirty. I was super nervous as I never had any of my Indian outfits dry cleaned and didn't know who to trust. After much research, I decided to have my super heavy designer lehenga dry cleaned at Best Cleanser. The uncle that I spoke with reassured me that he only uses organic cleaners so not to worry and that my lehenga will not be ruined. I am so glad I trusted him, because he did a great job! He told me he had to clean it twice because not everything came out after the first cleaning. It showed me that he cared and took the time to clean my outfit perfectly. I will be giving them all my Indian clothes from now, I found my best cleanser!
