“I recently visited the UPS Store at 852 Franklin Avenue and had an excellent experience with the new management. I needed to ship a package and get some documents printed. The people were friendly and extremely efficient. They went out of their way to help me choose the best shipping option, which saved me both time and money. The store was clean, well-organized, and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing reliable and professional services.

I’ve noticed you answer the same way to all the negative reviews acting like you’re trying to fix it? These negative reviews are about you, the owner. Ricardo, you treated me like I was garbage, you were rude, mean, trying to antagonize me into a fight. All the negative reviews that say how rude the owner is, is about you and you know this!! Even when I came in you were treating the customer ahead of me horribly. I find your response to some of these negative reviews hysterical because you act like you want to make it better and you don’t. So instead of emailing you the issue like you requested I’ll reply here. It’s you. But you already knew that. Kindness is free and you should try it. We are all human in this world and don’t need such anger. All these other review sites all have the same thing, ever hear where there is smoke there’s fire? Stop it already.

I typically refrain from writing reviews, but the severity of this situation compels me to share my experience with others. Additionally, I am reporting this to various organizations. I recently utilized the services of this UPS store. Upon entering, I immediately sensed an uncomfortable atmosphere. The individual claiming to be the owner seemed to be provoking me intentionally, displaying rude and argumentative behavior. I felt disrespected and as though he was seeking confrontation. In a different setting, such behavior would have been handled differently. As a professional, I conducted my business and departed. After reading similar reviews, I believe there is truth to the negative feedbacks left. While this is solely my personal experience I’m sharing in this review I question how this establishment remains operational. I am in the process of reaching out to UPS directly and other relevant entities. I have no intention of returning to this location. I wish the owner well, but I advise others to steer clear.

Ricardo and his team are really the best. I’ve been doing print jobs with them the last few months. Their customer service is elite and the quality of the materials is great. Ricardo does a great job of working with me and helping me make the best decisions for my business marketing materials. Appreciate their work and highly recommend them!

Owner was very rude and did not take responsibility for his mistake. He put the blame on me. Every time I have come to this location, he is always rude with an unpleasant attitude. I see the other reviews here say the same thing about him. Would not recommend.
