After losing all of my data/photos on my iPhone, I took a hard drive from my old laptop to John, and he was able to retrieve all of my old photos that were on it very quickly. John was a pleasure to work with and he went above and beyond to help me when I was so upset about losing all my photos. I highly recommend JMOR.

We called JMOR one night after coming home from a trip and discovered our computer we had for years would not boot. They came right out the next day, were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again and you should too if you have technology challenges. YOU GUYS ROCK.

No...I didn't use him yet. I guess for an IT guy to have obvious grammatical errors on his website speaks volumes. But try this one on for size. I got their number from Brothers Printers who had just spent an hour on the phone with me (free) and couldn't resolve the issue with a hardly used MFC machine. So I called JMOR to find out some information about pricing scale, their location and the usual repair type questions. The girl said that in order for him (the boss) to call me back I would have to give them a $125 deposit. She couldn't tell me anything more than that or even if that payment covered the exam of my printer. I said so in other words, for the guy to even call me back to tell me anything, I must leave this deposit without an explanation of what I am getting in return? She said YES! It seems like the guy is SO important, just like a top surgeon, that he considers getting paid as if this is a phone consultation. I am in Rockland County and he's closer than going to Westchester. But this guy is apparently really full of himself. If you are a computer/consumer idiot with a lot of Bergen County money to waste, then this kind of charlatan is just for you. Otherwise, for everybody else, he is just a common thief. Nothing more! I will reach out to Brother next!
