Jim, Allison, and Shawn (if I remember correctly) are exceptional individuals. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and recognizes regulars by name. Even if you visit occasionally, they greet you warmly. This level of familiarity is uncommon in “tourist” coffee shops like Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts. Occasionally, you may encounter a barista who genuinely remembers you.
The application is straightforward and user-friendly. However, I advise against ordering baked goods in advance, as they may not be available if you visit in the afternoon. Instead, I recommend ordering your coffee and tea through the app and placing an in-person order for a croissant.
